I am moving from Canberra to Newcastle in October and looking for a friendly share house to move into. Preferable own bathroom and a place with some decent sun and close to Newcastle city.

I will be on paid leave whilst either seeing how I go in terms of getting full time work/or casual, exploring options at the moment. I am a social worker.

I'm looking for a friendly share house where we can respect each other's space but also have a good chat and go to the pub, beach, gigs etc.

Things I enjoy and would like to explore more:

- Going to gigs/concerts/comedy
- Gym/running, would love to get into yoga more!
- Art/craft
- Art/writing/creative events
- Beach/nature walks, I would love to learn how to surf and go camping!
