Hi everyone! I'm Ryan, 29, and I'm looking for a room to rent from the end of August.

I recently moved to Melbourne from the UK and will be working in hospitality, so I'm hoping to find somewhere with good public transport connections.

A little bit about me – I'm easy-going, sociable, clean, and respectful. I love getting out to explore, meeting new people, and making the most of living in a new city. I'd really like to find a house where everyone gets along and enjoys hanging out together, rather than just sharing a space.

I'm ideally after an already furnished room with a budget of around $350 AUD per week, but I'm happy to be flexible for the right place.
