Hi, I'm Chess.

Originally from Canada, I've been living in Melbourne for the past 10 years and now happily call Australia home. I have an adult daughter; family remains an important part of my life.

I'm a mature, respectful, and easy-going person who values a clean, peaceful, and comfortable home. I'm considerate of other people's space and enjoy living in an environment where everyone is friendly, communicates well, and respects each other's privacy.

I'm currently working and spend much of my time either at work, catching up with friends, or relaxing at home. I'm also an avid cyclist and enjoy getting out on my bike whenever I can. I'm quiet by nature, don't smoke, and I'm not into loud parties. I take pride in keeping shared areas tidy and believe everyone should do their part to make a house feel like a home.

I'm always happy to have a chat over a coffee or a meal, but I also appreciate that everyone needs their own space. I'm reliable, responsible, and always pay my rent and bills on time.
