I am a female working holiday visa holder from China, planning to rent for 1 to 2 months for short-term accommodation, move-in date is 18th September.
I go out for work almost the whole day, so I stay at home rarely and keep a quiet routine. I am very hygienic, keep my bedroom clean, never eat food inside the room, and take good care of furniture and household facilities.
I have no smoking, drinking or all-night party habits, and will not bring overnight guests frequently. I can get along peacefully with roommates and accept small pets in the house.
The rent will be paid punctually every week. I hope to find a room with bed and desk, shared bathroom and kitchen is totally fine.
