I’m pretty easy to live with, to be honest. I keep things clean and tidy, but I’m not someone who’ll make a big deal out of small stuff. I like being around people, I’ll usually be the one asking if anyone wants to grab a coffee, join a workout, or just hang out. I do sport regularly, so I’m mostly up early and out the door, not someone who’s loud or around late at night.

I’m also very open and approachable, I genuinely enjoy chatting with people and keeping things positive, so if something ever needs to be said, I’d rather just bring it up calmly and directly instead of it turning into an issue later. And since I work full-time as a civil engineer, my week is fairly structured, which probably makes me a fairly low-drama neighbour or flatmate either way.

Nothing crazy, just someone who’s clean, social when it makes sense, and easy to communicate with.
