Hi! I’m a female student currently studying in Brisbane and I’m looking for a quiet and comfortable studio/private room to rent.
Ideally, I’m looking for a place with air conditioning and good public transport access, as I don’t have a car. Somewhere within around 40 minutes by public transport to the CBD would be great. Preferably, I’d also like the bills to be included.
I’m clean, tidy and respectful of the property. I don’t party and always follow the house rules.
