Looking to rent the whole property without any flatmates and use it as Airbnb when I am not living in it. I help manage over 15 Airbnb properties and would like to add few more to my portfolio. Fully insured, rent will be paid on time and property will be cleaned professionally about 5-10 times a month depending on the stay. All our guests are screened and fully ID verified. Strictly no parties in the premises. Wouldn’t mind paying couple of months rent in advance. Can be flexible with the start date.
