Hey! I’m Martín, 24, from Chile. I’m on exchange at the University of Melbourne studying Public Administration, and I work part-time as a porter at The Hotel Windsor in the city.

Looking for a room from late September to late February 2027, when I fly home. I know that’s six months rather than twelve, so it might suit a house covering someone’s trip away.

I play tennis, game, and I’m tidy without being intense about it. Some early starts for work, so I’m not bringing the party home, but I’d love a house where people actually talk in the kitchen. No pets.
