I’m looking for someone who’s wanting to apply for rentals with me (Man or Woman really but I understand others have had bad experiences so don’t begrudge preferences 😊) ..

I need this basically asap (Not a spare room situation, only a Team Up..)

I have years of experience living with others and in rentals, and am a tidy and respectful person (bit of a people pleaser so will always do things for others 😄)

I have everything furniture / appliance wise for a home and the kit to keep the outside tidy too 😊! As mentioned, I’ve rented for a few years and have a few great references from the real estate agents.

If we both have everything I can just sell half of my stuff haha I don’t really mind.. I have couches, a fridge, kitchen appliances etc etc. if you have things to make a house a home like artwork / shelving and decorations we’d match so well!

I do love a house that is ‘clean as you go’ style but understand some days are busy / tiring. While I don't own pets, I’m certainly not opposed to having any in the house (big lover of cats and dogs!! Cuteee).

I keep relatively to myself but open to chatting and the occasional shared dinner or drinks etc.

Looking forward to meeting new people and sharing a lovely house together.
