Hi, I'm Minchai, 29, from South Korea. I'm moving to Sydney for a one-year working holiday and looking for a furnished room from 21 October 2026, with around three days of flexibility.

My budget is up to A$350 per week, ideally including bills. I'm open to different areas with good public transport and hope to stay for at least four months, potentially longer. Either a private or shared room is fine, and I'm happy to share a bathroom.

My background is in cafe work, photography and video, and I'll be looking for work in Sydney. I have savings to cover around six months of living expenses, including rent, while I settle in and find work.

I'm a non-smoker, rarely drink and don't host parties. I keep things tidy, care about hygiene and do my share of cleaning. I use headphones for music and games and keep noise low. A clean, pest-free, smoke-free home is important to me.

I enjoy exploring neighbourhoods with my camera, K-pop dance, Pilates and running. I appreciate both quiet time and a friendly chat, respect personal space and am happy to live with pets. I'd love to find a comfortable home with considerate housemates.
