Accommodation Requirements
1.Safe and clean environment.
2.Budget: under $300/week (bills included).
3.Lease period: starting from December, for about 3–5 months (flexible dates).
4.Location: within a 10-minute walk to train station, supermarket, convenience store, and other public facilities. The commuting time to the University of Melbourne (Parkville VIC) should not exceed 30 minutes.
5.Furnishings: basic items like a bed, air conditioning, and refrigerator. I do cook, but not very often.
6.Housemates: female-only or mixed-gender households are both fine, but not all-male.

About Me
1.Female, 25-year-old exchange PhD student at the University of Melbourne.
2.Clean, tidy, and easy to communicate with. I pay rent on time and settle bills promptly.
3.I value personal boundaries, but I'm also open to friendship if we get along well. I can cook (prefer light or simple flavors).
4.Regular daily routine: usually in bed by 11 PM and up at 8 AM.
