Hi! I’m a 25-year-old PhD student at UTS. I usually spend weekdays on campus during normal working hours and have a stable scholarship income.
I’m clean, tidy, quiet and respectful of shared spaces. I really value keeping the kitchen and bathroom clean and enjoy a peaceful and comfortable home environment. I’m friendly and easy-going, but I also respect everyone’s privacy and personal space.
