43, but honestly, don’t let the number fool you. I’m young at heart, still have a questionable sense of humour, and can absolutely be convinced that “just one drink” is a reasonable plan that somehow ends at 2am. 😂
I’m currently working full-time and studying full-time, so I’m pretty independent and have my own life going on. I’m also a bit of a social contradiction. I’m introverted until I know you, then suddenly I’m very much not. I love going out for a beverage and having a good time, but I am equally happy disappearing into my room, watching TV and not speaking to another human for an entire weekend or possibly two weeks. It really depends which version of me you get.
I’m exceptionally clean and tidy. If you’re the type of person who thinks “I’ll clean it later” is a legitimate cleaning schedule, we may struggle. 😂 i don’t want to live with someone who leaves everything to someone else. I like a clean, calm, nice-looking home and I’m very particular about my surroundings.
I love plants, interiors and fashion, and I have a slightly annoying talent for making things look good. I also own enough furniture to furnish my own unit but I can’t afford to rent alone, so I’m happy to sell a few things if needed, although I do have all my own whitegoods that I’d ideally like to keep. I’m seeking a car spot and a location close to the valley for work.
I’m recently single after a long-term relationship, so I’m looking for somewhere that feels like a fresh start and a home of my own. I’m financially responsible, established, and have a few investment properties, so I’m definitely not looking for a chaotic share-house situation.
Basically, I’m mature enough to know better, but not mature enough to always do it. I’m clean, respectful, independent, occasionally social, occasionally feral, and generally pretty easy to live with… provided you don’t leave cleaning up to me. 😂 I ain’t your mumma
