Hi,

I’m Ben. I’m 24, and I’m a Sydney local. I’ve been living in Balmain for the past 2 years since I moved back here from New Zealand. Currently looking for a place to live that is closer to the beach.

I’m a young professional working in sales. I work full time Monday-Friday in Artarmon. I like to spend weekends out and about at the beach (sometimes driving down and up the coast to find new beaches), hiking in the blue mountains, and hanging out with friends in the city.

I’ve lived in share houses for a few years and I would consider myself a clean and courteous housemate. I’m happy to provide references to confirm this 🙂. I’m also very happy to be part of the flatmate dynamic and be social with whoever I might be living with.

Apart from being near the beach, I’m also looking for a room that comes with a bed, a functional kitchen (I like to meal prep), and preferably a washing machine too.
