I'm 26 and originally from Sydney. I run an online IB tutoring company with a team of tutors across Australia, which keeps me busy but gives me the flexibility to work remotely and keep pretty consistent daytime hours from home.
I'm looking for a place with my partner, who's Japanese, through until mid-February. We're both easygoing, tidy and considerate, and we're generally pretty quiet at home. We take good care of where we live and are respectful of shared spaces and neighbours.
