Requirement:
​To give you a clear idea, I would be bringing my own complete setup of furniture and belongings—including a double bed with a custom-made mattress (essential for my spinal support), side tables, a tallboy, a glass table, a 55" TV, a standalone fridge, freezer, and basic kitchen utensils (I don't do heavy cooking, mostly just store and heat up meals).

Having my own furniture and belongings is intended to bring complete peace of mind to both parties and serves as a clear assurance that I am looking to settle down as a dedicated, long-term resident.

​​A spacious private room and a space in the kitchen where I can accommodate my belongings I would also prefer an ensuite room, provided the rent is negotiable.

​I am an educated (Dual Master Degrees), sincere, sensible, and respectful person. Peace, decency, and mutual consideration are the absolute basics I look for, and anyone around can always expect friendliness, honesty, and a brotherly attitude from me at all times.
