BACKGROUND

​EDUCATION AND ORIGIN:
Dual MBA, Australian citizen originally from Hyderabad, India (36 years since leaving my country of origin).

​FAMILY:
Divorced, and proud father of four wonderful children who reside interstate with their mother.

​PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND:
Former Business Development Manager with 30 years of corporate experience, successfully leading sales teams of over 230 staff.

Traveled to 47 countries as a Sales Specialist, Reverse and Remarketing Expert, Sales Motivator, and Train-the-Trainer Facilitator.

​LOOKING FOR:
​An absolutely peaceful, respectful, and pleasant home to share with polite, friendly housemates for a stable, long-term stay.

​REQUIREMENTS & ACCOMMODATION
​To give you a clear idea, I would be bringing my own complete setup of personal furniture, appliances, and work equipment, including:

* Double bed with a custom-made mattress (essential for spinal support)
* ​Side tables and tallboy
* ​Personal All-in-One Computer (table and chair need replacement with new ones)
​* Glass TV table with a 55" TV
* ​Standalone fridge and small freezer. Note: I do not do heavy cooking - mostly storing and heating up meals.
​* Basic kitchen essentials (microwave, Nutri Ninja blender etc).
​
​Having my own furniture reflects my desire to settle down as a dedicated, long-term resident.

​A spacious private room with enough space to comfortably accommodate my setup is preferred.
(Ideally an ensuite for added privacy and peace of mind, provided the rent is fair and reasonable).

​LIFESTYLE & PERSONALITY:
​I am an educated, sincere, sensible, and respectful person. Peace, decency, and mutual consideration are essential to me. You can always expect friendliness, honesty, politeness, great company, and mutual respect from me at all times.

​Lifestyle note:
​100% non-consumer of alcohol or illicit substances.
​Cigarette smoker (strictly outdoors/backyard only). I never smoke indoors, in cars, or in enclosed spaces, as I personally dislike the smell of smoke indoors.

​FLATMATES:
​I have no gender preference when it comes to housemates. I previously shared a house with a female flatmate and we became lifelong friends, so I have no reservations at all. I take pride in maintaining a safe, respectful, and comfortable home environment for everyone.
