I am looking to move in to new place in the summer and stay throughout the next semester till July. My move in date is Nov 20, 2026.
I am currently staying in Ultimo, room is good but too small, so I look to move to a larger room. I don't mind anywhere around city area I have my own bicycle I can go everywhere. Own bathroom is a plus but not requirement. A room with good air circulation is ideal. Studio will consider if we can match price. My budget is 400ish but I am flexible for the right place.
