Hi there! I’m Charlotte, 25 and from the UK.

Currently looking for a short-term (until at least Feb) rental or sublet in Newcastle while I work over the summer.

Hoping for somewhere within walking distance to the beach (30 mins or less) and preferably furnished, but open to unfurnished if everything else is a good fit!

My current sublet is up on the 23rd November, but I can be a little flexible with move-in dates on either side of this.

A little more about me - I’m very easygoing and extroverted, love to cook, always up for a beach trip and/or a pint! I’ve always been good friends with housemates in the past and would love to again, but I’m also very respectful of others’ space, privacy and alone time.

Other bits - I’m incredibly tidy, have no pets but love animals, and no parking required.
