Hi, I'm Sam, 24, a software engineer living in Brisbane.

I'm clean and tidy, and I cook most nights, so I'll look after the kitchen. Outside of work I keep fit with the gym and running, and I'm always keen to explore more of Brisbane. Happy to share a meal or a chat with housemates, but I'm not after a party house.

I work from home 2-3 days a week and the rest from a shared office or cafes in the city, so I'm quiet during the day and appreciate decent internet.

I'm looking for a private room in a friendly, clean share house with easy public transport into the city. I have my own furniture (queen bed and desk), so an unfurnished room suits me best, and air con is a big plus. Looking to stay long term.
