Yo, I am an international student from the United States studying a Master of Creative Writing at Usyd. I will be entering my third and final semester in February 2027 and I am really keen on using the upcoming semester for exploring Sydney and Australia. In my free time I enjoy recreational sport (volleyball and American football), watching sport, reading, social dancing, and an occasional embrace of nightlife. I am looking for flatmates who are down for a laugh and who are comfortable with a little bit of whimsy - I do be dancing in my room sometimes. I also lack most, if not all, culinary skills so access to a microwave is essential to my existence. I tend to be a thermostat at times, matching the temperature of a room: a calm, chill vibe is a baseline for me, but I also love going where the wild things are when that's what the moment calls for. I have had roommates in the past, so I understand the importance of contributing to the cleanliness of common spaces. As mentioned, I'm not much of a cook, so I don't intend on creating many dirty dishes. I do tend to enjoy some alone time, but it's a different type of alone - the one where yes, you are in a room by yourself, but you know on the other side of the wall, a couple steps away, are people who can make you smile. I look forward to being your potential tenant/flatmate :)
