I’m a 24-year-old Colombian/French guy who recently moved to Perth, and I’m currently looking for a nice sharehouse with friendly and respectful housemates!

Arrived 3 days ago and I’ve already secured two jobs in Perth, one near Perth Train Station and my main job near Elizabeth Quay.

🇨🇴🇫🇷 I’m originally from France, with French and Colombian roots. I speak French, Spanish, English and Italian, and I love meeting people from different cultures.

I’m naturally calm, friendly, positive and easygoing. I enjoy good conversations, sharing a laugh and meeting new people, but I also really appreciate personal space and quiet time.

🧹 I’m extremely clean, tidy and organised. I genuinely enjoy keeping my surroundings spotless and making sure shared spaces are always pleasant for everyone.

🚭 I don’t smoke or drink, and I’m definitely not a party person. I appreciate a peaceful home where everyone feels comfortable and respected.

💼 I’m hardworking, also curious, open-minded and adventurous. I love discovering new places, staying active and trying new experiences.
