Hi! My name is Izzy (25, F) I'm an artist and arts worker who has just landed my dream job, and will be making the move from Perth to Sydney in early November!

A bit about me: I am sociable, conscientious and professional, but being fun and creative is a big part of who I am. In my spare time I love visiting galleries, good bars, and dancing (recently been delving into salsa). While I don't mind a dj event on the weekend, I also appreciate me time. At home, I enjoy crocheting, watching movies and doing research for my art practice, as well as spending chill time with my friends.

I'm excited to join a share house in a new city and would love to live with likeminded individuals. I have good experience previously in a share house for a couple of years with my friends, before living by myself close to Perth CBD. I'm easy going, considerate, and respectful of boundaries and house expectations. As well as valuing cleanliness and a cosy, comfortable house vibe!

I'm looking for somewhere that is as close as possible to the CBD, or easily accessible via public transport. My ideal rent is around $350 but am happy to go up to $450 .
