Just back in Aus after 10 years away (mostly in South West England) for an environmental research joint project with CSIRO/Monash so looking for a place on the Eastern inner suburbs so I can get over while not being so far from the city.

Looking forward to spending a lot of time exploring the vic/nsw border this spring and early summer.

Pretty flexible, don't mind a social house but I am generally pretty busy anyway. I'm very sociable but I spend a lot of time out doing things.
Don't mind a bit of clutter but much prefer a generally tidy abode and I try to be respectful of ensuring shared spaces are not cluttered and usable for everyone.

I spent the last few years creating and producing a fair amount of experimental performance art and working in green closed loop economy infrastructure but looking forward spending a bit of time in the home country.
