We always keep the place tidy and respect house rules, neighbours and the property. We're non-smokers and we strongly prefer a quiet, clean and healthy living environment. We don't party and we keep a stable, low-key lifestyle focused on reading, studying and exploring the city.

We're highly reliable with rent payments and take our responsibilities as tenants seriously. We're looking for a 3-month stay and are flexible with move-in dates. We can attend inspections at short notice.
