Hey flatmates,

My name's Pravin - I'm a 40 year old male lawyer looking to flat share on the northern beaches.

I've just returned back to Australia from overseas, so I'm looking for a temporary place to call home for 5-6 months until my flat becomes available in the city (currently tenanted until mid July 2025)!

I work in the city and remotely and have family on the north shore, so I'm looking to share with some chilled out, sociable people somewhere near the beach :)

I'm in the Government sector, so my work hours are pretty relaxed. I generally work 9 - 6pm and rarely later than 7pm. In my spare time I try to keep fit - I like F45, cross fit, yoga, running and the beach. I love cooking, movies, bush walks, short courses and having a laugh. I'm quite sociable and visit family and friends regularly. I'm away or out most weekends and would rarely have people over.

I'm looking for a house or flat share with chilled positive vibes! I'm happy to help with household chores, keeping the place clean, sharing costs on food, giving you a lift when needed, etc. I'm pretty easy going and looking for chilled out people who are the same!

I may be able to stay longer than 6 months if it's a good fit and my tenant wishes to extend - happy to discuss :)

I'm seeking a fully or semi furnished room with a bed and ideally a private bathroom or ensuite!
