Hi I'm Huw. Currently studying Primary School teaching at Uni while working part time. I'm neat and tidy, respectful and easy to get along with. I've lived in share houses for the past 6 years so I know the drill. I grew up in Essendon so looking for a place in Melbourne's north/northwest, for 12 months plus.
I've lived in numerous share houses over the years, often moving each time I return from my overseas travels. I'm working full time at the airport, as well as studying this year too, and I have a number of extra curricular activities and hobbies to keep me busy. I'm a young and mature 36 year old, depending what the situation calls for :-) Prefer to live with independent flatmates who enjoy some shared social time, but who don't live in each other's pockets (I'm out a lot so home time is often my quiet time). Guys and girls are equally good to share with, although I don't want to have to babysit and / or clean up after anyone - everyone should do that for themselves and share the communal cleaning. I'm meticulous about paying my bills on time, and I've lived in houses where people share the cooking and houses where everyone cooks for themselves - I can do either, whatever works best for everyone. Looking for somewhere with people of a similar age bracket (late 20s to mid 30s), who can hold a conversation, maybe have some interesting stories, who clean up after themselves, and know the value of good energy / vibes when sharing a house!

I am moving out and hence am trying to find myself a replacement in this three bedroom townhouse in Moonee Ponds. House is pretty homely, 2 toilets, one shower and an open kitchen, dining and lounge. There is a carport around the back of the house or plenty of parking on the street. The house is furnished. The room probably wouldn't suit someone who wanted a desk unless you had a single bed. At present there is a queen bed and wardrobe in there which fit but with minimal extra space. Very nice neighbourhood, 2 minute walk to a bus stop or 15 minute walk to Moonee Ponds train station. Bills and internet are split equally. Internet is $50 per month shared amongst 3 people. Rent is $753 per month per person and bond is $835. Move in date is flexible, but preferably first week in March. At present there is one 26 year old male who works full time Monday to Friday and plays cricket on the weekend as well as a 24 year old who is studying at uni and works regularly including weekends. Very easy going and friendly people. Feel free to ask any questions if you want more information :)

Hi Guy's, I have just returned from the UK, having been there for almost a year. I am English, but have lived in Australia for over 20 years. I am awaiting an operation at present, so I am not working, but I am financially secure. I am respectful, reliable, like a chat, wine / beer sometime. Hello! I'm looking for a comfy space to call my own. Looking for an all girls share house or granny flat for myself. I'm a full time uni student and work part time for my mums cleaning company. Money's good so paying rent won't be a problem. I don't have any pets or children, but don't mind if you do! I'm looking for a short lease, just so I can pick myself up and organise my next home. Bond money and first months rent will be available. I'm a smoker and do so outside. I don't have a car so close to public transport would be ideal. Any more questions just shoot me a message! Hope to hear from you :)

Hey there 😊 name is Dani. I'm looking for a new place to move into hopefully by the end of feb/early March. I'm easy to live with, friendly and am pretty tidy and usually keep to myself and give privacy when needed. I work part time as a bartender and will be returning to my studies in June to continue a bachelor of youth work. I have a little buddy with me called Hero (my white cat), he is part of the package and will be moving with me. He's an indoor cat, so he will be needing a bit of space to just roam around, and to put his kitty litter so he doesn't get bored or agitated. Besides that he's a special one and always entertaining :)

Hi! I'm a uni student and I work part time in a Bunnings - you get access to sweet, sweet discounts by living under the same roof as me. I also am a very friendly person and always good for a chat or to chill out together as long as we're both free! I'm originally from country Vic and I love reading, playing video games (I will be getting a Nintendo Switch on release day), watching and playing sports, and writing. I also love animals, so any pets are more than welcome as long as they don't injure me. I'm looking for an unfurnished room big enough to fit a queen sized bed, desk, and bookshelf in it. I also have a couch that could be used as communal furniture, as well as a washing machine should you need it. I try to treat everyone as fairly and as nicely as I can, so please contact me if you're interested. Thank you!
