I am from Brisbane and have just received my contract for a new role I am starting in Melbourne in November and will be looking for a place to live for 6 months. I work fulltime in aviation and will be working out of our office in Tullamarine, so looking to base myself in easy distance to the airport / north west. I am social, but also like to have my own down time and respect everybody's space. I am respectful and always keep tidy and mindful of my housemates. I love wine, cheese and coffee so will happily fill the kitchen with these goodies at any chance. My partner will still be living in Brisbane for the time being, so I will flying up regularly to be with him, and every few weekends he would fly down to stay with me for two nights or so, so we get to see each other, happy to discuss this with potential roomies. Ideally looking for a room that is furnished, as I do not have a bed that I will be bringing down, but if the house suits then I will organise this myself.
I am getting in early to see if anyone has a flatmate moving out in the new year. I am planning on moving once my lease is up. I am currently living alone and wanting to move to share with someone/others for the company. I am primary school teacher and would consider myself a respectful, clean and friendly person. I would like to live with a like-minded person as I think that is important. I am a social person, however also like my own space/time.

Hi all, I've recently moved into a property in Moonee Ponds and I'm looking for one other housemate to share the house with. It's a large and comfortable 2 bedroom unit in Moonee Ponds, closer to the Aberfeldie side near the river. It has: built in wardrobes, carpet, air con in living room, ducted heating, roller blinds, separate shower and bath, courtyard, lock up garage and off street parking. The house is fully furnished except for your bedroom. I also have my dog staying with me sometimes. He's a beautiful staffy rescue who is very sweet and chill. Unfortunately this means no other pets are able to come along, as he is a one-man band. I'm looking for someone like-minded to live with me - I'm a 30 yr old marketing professional who loves doggies, heads to the gym after work, hangs out with family and friends in my spare time. I want to find someone who is friendly and likes being social with their housemate. I like to strike a balance between hanging out and solo downtime. I would prefer a female although not a dealbreaker. I am also a vego but i dont expect you to be. Bond is $900 and rent is $205 a week. Bills split evenly. Cheers, Ivana

Currently living in Essendon with an awesome flatmate who is leaving for the UK early next year to live out her dreams. That means I have to move out sometime before then, preferably November or later, sooner if something great pops up. About me - I'm a 24 y.o. full-time digital designer for a printing company, working often 6 days per week. I'm a clean and respectful person, and I'm out and about for most of the week. I get along with pretty much any person or pet, I'm always up for a chat and love animals. I'm keen to live pretty much anywhere that is within 30 mins of my work commute to Thomastown, provided it is a nice home in a friendly neighborhood. Feel free to ask me any questions.
Hi I’m Rachel, I’ve lived in a country town my entire life which has now started to become very impractical (Wasting $600+ on fuel every month isn’t ideal). I’m studying economics and finance at RMIT university and working retail at DFO in Essendon. When I’m not buried in the books or working, I enjoy watching and attending soccer matches, binging Netflix series and finding some way to keep fit. I’m a very laid back, and sociable person open to making friends but also understand and respect personal space. Always clean up after myself and won’t throw a fit if I have to clean up after others, whatever’s practical. I also have a pet dog (Corgi), called Goldie and if my Instagram of adorable photos of her doesn’t win your heart then she will just have to shake your hand and win it over in person. Ideally looking for a 6 month+ stay (furnished or unfurnished). If you’re interested in teaming up or if I sound like a good fit for your share house shoot me a message!
Hi I am a young at heart 60 year old QA Manager with a local food manufacturer. Originally from England, I have lived the last 5 years in Melbourne, after spending 20 yrs in NZ. I am house trained, can even cook. I enjoy most sport, quiz shows, British TV dramas, reading , music , a few beers with friends at the weekend. I am looking for a room as I have just gone through an amicable separation from my partner, we have decided she should stay at our current house & I would move out. Well that's my pitch hope to hear from you.
Hi! my name is Kim Cynthia, I'm a 20 yo French student currently enrolled at Melbourne Uni. I study environmental science so yay to reducing energy bills! I may be young but I'm very independent. On weekends I like to either swim/go to the beach or grab some snacks and watch a movie at home, maybe both. I regularly go to dance classes also. I'm laid-back but organized, easy-going and friendly but respectful of everyone's privacy and very open-minded. I like to think that makes me pretty easy to live with :)
My name is Carolina. I am 29 years old. I am psychologist. I came to Melbourne to improve my level of english. I am working and studying. I like meeting new people and learn about other cultures. i am very respectful, clean annd very easy going. You can find a friend in me, if you need some help or just talk do not hesitate to talk with me. I am looking for a very clean space when I can feel like at home. I am the flatmate that you are looking for :P. I am looking forward to hearing about you.
32 year old British guy working full time Monday to Friday in engineering... looking for mature housemates for a clean environment to live in. snowboarder / divemaster / kitesurfer outdooorsy. roll on summer :)
Very easy going, I work rotating shifts as a nurse so I’ll be the housemate that seems to never be home! When I’m not at work I’m generally at gym or doing something outdoors! Always clean and tidy, quiet and respectful of others however I am also social and happy to meet new people! Currently living in Parkville but looking to venture out to somewhere else!
I'm extremely easy going, open minded and fastidious. So anyone living with me always benefits as I do most of the the cleaning. I respect others needs for private space with occasional socialising. I'm a full time student and artist, so spend most of my time doing assignments or paintings. I'm looking for low maintenance housemates who are also not overly sensitive emotionally. Just want to live in a drama free household. 😊👍 I have a Japanese spitz (small-medium size dog), but can keep her at family if absolutely necessary.I also have some furniture so looking for a place that can accommodate furniture or has storage for furniture until I can figure out what to do with it. I'm looking for home I can be comfortable in, and has a friendly, safe and open environment. This is imperative as I am more of a home body. Respect is also key regarding interaction between housemates as well as respect for belongings. I would like a bedroom door that is lockable and would prefer to live in a house, but open to apartment only if there is a balcony with view or a courtyard as apartments can get claustrophobic. 😜☺️
Hey I’m easy going. Sometimes I am quite and keep to myself. I also enjoy having a chat and socialising. I clean up after myself and I am neat and tidy. Also I enjoy a good fishing session so if I catch the house can enjoy a fresh feed of fish :)
Hello! I am looking to live in a share house. It is important to me that this is a quiet house as I will be entering Honours next year. I also would prefer a desk to be able to fit in the bedroom or a place where I can study undisturbed. I would also like for there to be a BIR if possible. In a perfect world, I would love for an ensuite/own bathroom and some form of air con in the room. I am a social being and I would like to live with people who aren't scared to have a chat. Looking to hopefully bring along my ginger cat.
Young at heart single 38yo. Down to earth, positive and love anything health and fitness! Im currently living in a 1 bedder in Ascot Vale but my landlord has told me she is going to sell the property (no time frame as yet) so I am starting the process of finding a new place - hoping in the next 2 months. I am ideally looking for someone to find a place with in or around the Footscray area as the properties look nice and are reasonably priced for a 2 bed townhouse and is close enough to the city which is where I work. I have everything but a fridge and washing machine which I'm happy to look at purchasing/renting when the time comes. Im super easy going and would like someone who is up for sharing dinners and a glass of wine at the end of the day. I have a cat so Id like somewhere that has a courtyard as he is indoor/outdoor - he is super friendly but not annoying and very low maintenance so you must like cats :) If you're cool, fun, down to earth and happy to share a home (not just live) then please get in touch.
Moving to Melbourne from Northern NSW to work. I’m only 20, but I’m a senior hairdresser and have been managing a salon for the last few months. I’m hoping to have secured work before I move if not it won’t be soon afterwards. I’m tidy, like to hangout and be social but also happy just doing my own thing! I love going to gigs, markets, making art, would never say no to burger or movie nights and love going to the footy. Looking at moving mid-to-late October, depending when I secure a place. Will fly down to meet housemates and view room beforehand!
Hey, my name is Gemma and I'm 27 years old. I'm a Graphic Designer by trade, but possibly looking to dabble into the programming side of things. Currently living in Bendigo and unemployed due to health issues, but hoping to move to the city to be close to my partner and find a job to suit my needs. My hobbies include playing video games (mainly RPGs), anime and manga, drawing and all kinds of creative arts (currently crochet), baking on occasion, movies, reading and going for nice walks on warm days. I'm quiet by nature and not a very social person, nor am I into parties. I prefer to keep mostly to myself, although I'm fine with talking and catching up, or binge-watching series or movie nights. I'm tidy, well-organised and like animals, so pets don't bother me. Due to my health issues I'll be organising my own food, and probably be over at my partner's place more often than not if it's in the area. Nice to meet you! :D
I'm a carpenter from Darwin looking to move to Melbourne in October. I'm a pretty relaxed dude, I like to keep my things clean and tidy. I generally like to keep to myself but I don't mind having a few beers and a laugh every now and then. Avid football watcher.
I am flexible, easy going person. Looking for a place with my own bathroom and place where I could park my motorbike. A housemate that enjoys cooking and ti tidy in nature would be perfect. I like to have my privacy, but will enjoy catching up and be friends, share meals.
