Hey, I'm Shaun. I'm looking for a quiet, peaceful apartment somewhere in the Moonee Ponds area. I grew up in Melbourne and have just returned after travelling the world for 4 years. I'm currently studying to become a Psychotherapist, and work part time in Moonee Ponds. I'm typically quiet at home, very tidy, organised and respectful of other housemates. Most of my study will take place online so I'll likely be home during the day, burrowed away in my room. In my down time I typically read, write (fantasy/sci-fi), workout at the gym and play video games. I'll be bringing my Nintendo Switch with me if that's at all a selling point :) I'm looking for a home with mature housemates who are also tidy and quiet, yet hopefully friendly enough for a casual chat. I need a room (preferably unfurnished) that can fit a queen sized bed and a desk. I typically cook a lot so ideally I'll have my own space in the fridge/freezer. I'm drug free and very open minded, so happy to live with LBGT+/vegans/whatever other labels one can come up with. I'd prefer to not live with smokers, noisy pets, and do not want a house that constantly has guests coming in/out or hosts a lot of parties.
Hi there, We are a fun easy going couple, who are very neat and tidy and respectful of other people's privacy. We don't mind a couple of drinks on the weekend and are pretty chill during the week.
Hi, I've been renting all my life (both rooms and apartments/townhouses) and know what makes for a good flatmate: reliability; cleanliness; freindliness; respect for other people's preferences. I'd like to think I get a big tick on all four. I am just about to finish a happy six month stay at a group house in Hadfield (need to move out by April 21st as a family member of the leaseholder is moving in). Although I'm currently looking for work having recently moved here from Canberra, I have a guaranteed minimum weekly income of $525 from another source. This amount will rise once I've secured part time work. So, money isn't a problem and the leaseholder of the house I'm in has offered to share proof of my rent and bill payment history in addition to her written reference if wanted. I also have a washing machine and some exercise and gardening equipment (treadmill, spin bike, lawnmower etc.) that I could bring if wanted/allowed. I am considering going back to university/or TAFE next semester or first semester next year (used to study Arts/Science at the ANU in my late twenties). This would not effect my income. I would prefer a friendly but reasonably quiet house as I do like to be able to relax where I'm living. Look forward to hearing from you. Cheers! :)

My name is Ben, I'm 40 years of age and work full time at Court Services Victoria. I'm currently living in a share house in Williamstown which is coming to an end. I am looking for a new place to move in in the inner west area. Either moving into an already established share house or starting a new one. Reason being, I would like to be on a lease. Just for that sense of security. I am a non-smoker, responsible in terms of paying my bills and keeping my house clean. I am looking to move into a house where others do the same. I hope to find a house to share with like minded people who might enjoy having a chat, occasionally share a meal every now and them, but also enjoy their own time. I am fairly chilled person who enjoys meeting friends for coffee, travelling and practising Tai Chi. I am also a avid reader, and film buff who enjoys going to the movies and the odd Netflix binge session. I'm into plants, especially succulents, and staying fit by going to the gym . I am looking for a home environment that is relaxed, stress-free and mature as in not a party house).
Hi, I am a 60 year old male who has recently had an amicable separation from my wife. I am originally from England, but spent 20 years in NZ, have been in Australia for 5 years. I am an easy going person, who is fully house trained, considers myself a reasonable cook likes to chill by reading or watching TV after work & catching up with friends at the weekend. I have been the Quality Assurance Manager for a large food & oil company since my arrival in Australia, I normally am at work by 7:30am & finished by 3:30pm unless I am interstate auditing, or having audits conducted on site. Total animal lover, well travelled, with a lot of life experiences, I can relate with all types & ages of people, my current group of friends ages range from 26 - 65, straight & gay. I would like to live in a household that is both social, where there is is some interaction between the flatmates & also a place where one can have time to ones self when required..
I’m very organised person, easy going and very clean with my duties at home. I have been in Australia for 4 years so have a lot experience sharing house. I like to share with my flatmates for dinner or drink some beers occasionally but I like my space too. I’m responsable with the bills always I pay it on time.
Hi! Looking for accommodation in and around Melbourne. Originally from Sydney and am starting a new full-time job in Melbourne. I am also studying for my Masters degree. I'm 27, non-smoker, no kids, no pets - but I don't mind if you smoke, have kids or have pets. I am quiet to live with but I am looking forward to meeting new people (as I don't know too many people in Melbourne). I am also very clean and will always wash up after myself. If you respect me, I will respect you :) Cheers
I'm quiet an easy going housemate. I work full-time in the CBD and when I am at home, I like to watch movies or study as I am currently doing an MBA. I do like to have little chats here and there with house mates. I respect people's privacy and I expect others to do the same with me. what you do is your business however I am not interested in living with everyday aggressive drunks or tough-nuts. I just want to live with easy going cruisey housemates who are young at heart and want to enjoy life while going on with their business. I have a 10 months young female French mastiff who is completely goofy and too calm (if you ask me)! I am flexible with short term and long term rentals. And, I am hoping to move in by 16/03. I look forward to chatting with you soon. And, thank you for reading this post.
I'm Berto from Gold Coast of Macauese descent, wishing to find a room/place or team up. I'm friendly, clean, tidy guy who likes travelling, food and more. Not only will I be your housemate but also want to know you as mates, so we be comfortable around each other from the get go. Indeed I respect others personal space and privacy. I embrace diversity and up for making new friends as I am new to Melbourne surroundings. I've studied and worked in U.K. for over a decade but recently moved back Aus to settle and ultimately like to get a place here soon. I'm a self employed mixed media guru although open to many other interest as i like to learn new things. Hit me up! Cheers :) *Looking to move somewhere in or around Melbourne City/Carlton/North Melbourne vicinity. I’m in Melbourne right now so please get in touch. I'll try get back you as soon as I can!*
Hey all, My name is Emma and my partners name is Jack. We are looking for a room together to share. We would prefer internet that is unlimited due to us gaming. We would not mind the room being furnished or unfurnished although I would prefer to bring my own bed. Otherwise I’m pretty open with other things. Bit about me is I’m currently at home majority of the time looking for housing and jobs and also casually gaming. I love gaming and having the occasional drink. I currently am looking for a place to live by the end of the month for that is when I have to leave my current place and I only just recently found out. I have a pet cat that is trained and is short haired and a Burmese she’s not human friendly and will either keep her distant or give you cuddles. I am on centrelink and once I have settle at a place to live I will be looking for full time work. I’m easy going and like to say I’m clean except leaving the occasional dish in the sink when it’s night time to clean the next morning ahah. My partner Jack is a good person and tends to be shy with new people like me until we get to know them better. He also games and enjoys the occasional drink but he works 5 days a week and starts at 7 and is back at different times depending on how busy the day is. He also is clean and friendly. We together would be on time with the rent and keep our mess clean. We don’t mind whether it’s a house that’s like to socialise and will be happy with that but also will be happy if it’s a place where we all keep to ourselves except the casual convo. That’s all I can think of if there’s any question just let me know :)
Wanting to move in closer to Melbourne for work, currently living close by Phillip island. recently graduated at uni in Japan and here to look for work permanently. I am quiet, don't smoke or have pets. I am tidy and keep to myself. References are available if needed. Thank you for reading and please message me if you think i am suitable for your house share! thank you :D!
- I try my best to be clean all the time - I'm always up for a chat! - I'm always in bed early so I wont keep anyone up - I'll be away most of the day and back at night - When I cook I don't leave dishes around as a clean straight away
I’m easy going... Don’t drink... My idea of a good weekend is sleeping in and possibly dinner or a trivia night with friends to unwind from the working week. I work in Port Melbourne full time in accounts. Just a typical 9-5. No kids or pets. Would need my own bathroom. I love a laugh... So if ur a clean and kick back type of person.. We’ll be just fine... No one who brings home a tinder date every second night please haha
