Hi, I’m Elvid! Great to meet you! I'm from Newcastle, NSW and will be moving to Canberra for work soon! I'm 20 years old, and I love the outdoors. If I'm not at work, you can find me at the ice rink, out camping and skiing, at the local, the gym or at home watching Brooklyn Nine Nine or the Office! I'm easygoing, and love socialising, but also respect boundaries and recognise everyone needs their alone time. I understand communication is key, and having lived in Sydney previously also with sharemates, I value clear and respectful communication to address any issues that might pop up. I realise shared living does require a bit of tolerance and negotiating so I like to try and make it enjoyable as possible for everyone to have a good time. I am keen on the ADF, and will be moving in mid-august to join the APS. My preferences would be an en-suite setup, and an off- street parking space, however for the right place in the right location, I am willing to compromise :) My budget is 250-400 per week, however again for the right place I'd be willing to pay a little more.
