Hello! I am a 41yo woman, I am a non-smoker I enjoy having a drink but I am not a massive boozer. I am looking for a room of my own. Ideally I would have my own bathroom but that is not a deal breaker. I work from home in a "9-5" job so I would need room to put my sit/stand desk. I am happy to live in an apartment, house or even a granny flat. My sleep schedule is quite "normal" (I sleep at night time). I am generally an early riser (5-6am). I am fairly flexible with where I want to live but don't want to go too far out west.
