Hi, my name’s Isaac!
I’m a 26 year old male looking for long- term accommodation to rent, ideally in or around the Inner West and to move into around the end of the August as I need sell some things and give my landlord two weeks notice.
I have lived in share houses for nearly 10 years so I am used to paying rent, bills, lease agreements, cooking for myself, cleaning up after myself, as well as all the other common courtesies you’d expect from a housemate/tenant.
I come with bedroom furnishings so I won’t be needing much, and I also come with 2 year old long-haired cat named Osman who’s either outside exploring, in my room asleep or finding a sunny spot in the house to nap. He has a litter box which I will take full responsibility of however he usually does his business outside so it’s always empty, I still keep it just incase.
I love art and music, can play multiple instruments, draw, paint, write poetry, write songs and almost anything else with a creative element to it.
I am in between jobs at the moment however still have a steady stream of income, so money isn’t an issue.
