I’m an old soul and would best describe myself as an ambivert. I have a balanced need of personal downtime and spending time with others in order to keep me feeling best. I mostly prefer to socialise in smaller groups with the opportunity for quality time and deeper conversation (think campfire with a few friends having a drink, coffee at the local cafe, bushwalk/beach trip or going out to see some live music). I’m a neat and tidy person who values personal hygiene and finds comfort in cleanliness and organisation. OCCUPATION AND STUDY • Casual bush regenerator • Casual retail team member at Bunnings • Drum tutor • Studying a Cert 3 in Conservation and Ecosystem Management at Newcastle TAFE until end of year. MORE ABOUT ME I am a Christian and attend church most Sundays, although I'm not bothered about living with others who don't share the same beliefs. I have a diverse range of friends from all walks of life who I love. I’m more interested in spending time with people who are positive to be around, share common interests and motivated to improve their lifestyle, health and fitness. Currently boarding in Floraville with a family and other people but ideally looking to find a more permanent rental catered to my needs. HOBBIES/INTERESTS I play the drums in a country band, usually gig about 2 times a month and sometimes travel away for a weekend for gigs. Also play drums once a month at Church. I enjoy going out to see live music at least once every weekend, going out dancing (rockabilly and swing style) for lessons once a week and out on the weekend to a band, listening to my records, coffee at my local cafe, a beer at the pub or wine and spirits somewhere more fancy. I also like reading and listening to podcasts. I love being outside - camping, beach, bushwalking, gardening and staying active when I can such as social sport/exercise. I place a high priority on refining my own health and wellbeing. Unfortunately this has fallen to the wayside a bit recently but still includes trying to live as eco-friendly and sustainably as I can, whilst also reducing toxin exposure through cooking, cleaning, eating and cosmetic products. I understand this isn't everyones priority but it would be highly desirable to seek a housemate with a similar mindset/lifestyle. Lastly, a house with decent amount of storage space in a shed/garage would be ideal. I currently have a 3x4.5m storage shed worth of tools, music gear, plus other bits and pieces costing me $70 per week as I haven't been able to find appropriate accommodation to house all my belongings. I am however working on thinning out what I own to reduce this burden. Thanks for taking the time to read through.

Hey guys! I’m looking for an all girls place or self-contained flat that’s mostly ground level (or has lift access), pretty central, smoke free & pet free. I’m tidy, friendly and respectful. I’m happy to keep to myself but happy to have chats, dinners etc every now and again. I love getting lost in a good book/audiobook, as well as in nature or the shops lol. Indoor plants are my ‘new thing’ at the moment, so I’ve been enjoying bringing the outdoors in, especially since I do most things from home atm. Also love getting creative, music and spending time with friends and family. I grew up in a country town few hours north. I’ve houseshared in Newy some years back for uni. I’m enjoying being back and being closer to relos here and to the city :)

I’m active, tidy, and a non-smoker. Full-time shift worker so my schedule changes week to week. On my days off, you’ll usually find me at the gym or out for a walk with a coffee in hand, and I never say no to a margarita or a dinner night. I enjoy cooking and keeping my space clean and organised. Im after a friendly and relaxed home with housemates who are considerate and easy to live with.

Hello there! I’m a female, Chinese student studying a social work master at the Newcastle uni. I work part time (one or two days) as a uni assistant. I love beach and the ocean and spend plenty of my free time playing pickleball and table tennis. I have several years of experience renting with other tenants and we had a great time together! I am tidy and organized, never smoke, rarely drink, open for communication, happy to socialize and chat but also respect people’s boundaries and different living styles. I am very adaptable and easy going. I don’t have pets but am a pet lover and happy to live with them. Looking for a place in the greater Newcastle area. Need one parking spot. Prefer women-only residencies.

Hiya, I’m a 26-year-old Kiwi who moved to Newcastle two years ago and I’m on the hunt for a long-term place to call home. I work full-time in HR and travel a bit for work, so when I’m home I love to chill out and enjoy the little things — beach walks, catching a sunrise, getting stuck into a good book, or just relaxing with some good company (and maybe a cheeky wine or two). I’m social, tidy, and easygoing. I love meeting new people but also really appreciate my own space. Big fan of good vibes, coastal living, and finding that perfect balance between fun and downtime. If you think I’d be a good fit, I’d love to chat!
