Hey, I'm Abby and I'm 29. I work full time as a Social Worker and am passionate about the work that I do. I am easy going and considerate of others. I am looking for a share house that is social but not a party house. I have a puppy, Scout, so I would need to find somewhere suitable for her. It is important to me that the people I live with love animals so that I know she will be safe and looked after. I am pretty active but also like to stay in and watch Netflix. I love to travel, meet new people and eat good food.
Easy going relaxed person :) very reliable and love socialising , I enjoy reading, listening to music and going to the beach or gym. I work full time mostly afternoon shifts , and very respectful of others personal space , I’m also a animal lover if you have any furry friends even better 😊🐶
I'm about to commence my Masters of Teaching (Secondary) at University full-time as of next year and am currently working three casual jobs (administrative in an emergency department, hospitality in a local vegetarian whole food cafe and tutoring several high school students) which keeps me relatively busy, where I work around 6 days a week between them. I am a lover of the outdoors, enjoy the beach & swimming, hiking, socialising and spending time with my friends, being creative and enjoy going to the gym each morning - so I would definitely say I'm an early riser, as I love to get out and make the most of the day! I am a very clean and tidy individual and am respectful of others belongings and space, I would say I'm neither introverted nor extroverted, but a nice medium in-between where I prefer to chat and socialise with others but highly value my alone time as well, so hopefully moving in with like-minded individuals would be beneficial for all. I would ultimately love to move in with a group of people who love having fun, work hard, love life & would be open to forming a good friendship with myself and have the occasional drink or meal together.
Best location in Adamstown! 10 mins to the beach, 10 mins to Charlestown Square and 5 mins to Westfield. Large room with a double built in wardrobe as well as plenty of other storage in my 3 level split apartment. Huge deck which is awesome in summer and plenty of off street and on street parking available.
I'm a 27 year old female working full time in recruitment and casually in a bar/restaurant. I'm looking for a furnished room up until early April as I'm planning on heading back overseas around then. I come with no drama, a good sense of humor and I'm neat and tidy. I love to cook, play netball, the gym and the beach (hoping to learn to surf this summer). Lover of coffee and a Sunday B&E cook up! I'm pretty easy going, like to have a bit of a social chat and a drink but also happy keeping to myself. I've spent a lot of time travelling and living in all sorts of different environments so I'm pretty versatile. Cheers! Gabs
I’ve been living in Newcastle for 3 years and love the lifestyle here! I’m very clean, tidy and respectable of other people’s space. I work full time as a client services administrator for an accounting firm. Looking for housemates who like to have a few social drinks and to go out for dinner :) I love going to the beach and checking out different cafes / restaurants, but also love chilling out watching a TV show or going to the movies. I’m a pretty chilled, down to earth person and I’m looking for similar housemates.
Hey future roomie(s), I am looking to move back to the Newcastle area as I am currently living in the Hunter Valley and hating being so far away from all the things i love! I have a dog named Titan who is the love of my life, so if you're a dog lover and open to pets I'd love to hear from you. I would need to live somewhere with a decent sized secure yard and preferably an under cover area so my pupper has some shade but also so we can have a cheeky arvo wine. Titan is my shadow so when I am home he likes to be sprawled out on the floor near me, hopefully you're okay with having a furry friend inside the house. I work full time and am pretty busy outside of work hours. I am clean and always pay bills on time. Happy to live with people who like to be social or if you like your space thats fine as well :) I would really like to live with fun, mature minded people who are easy going and no drama. In exchange for allowing myself and my doggie to live with you I can offer my stan and netflix accounts, my instagram photo taking skills at your request (its all about the angles) and level 1000 banter. Shoot me a message if you're keen to chat!
I’m a neat and tidy quiet person who is hoping to resume my studies next year. I like horror and thriller movies, into all types of music, like visiting cafes and restaurants as well as going to the movies. I do have disabilities but they are being managed.
This is a lovely new townhouse in Adamstown. As I've come to learn it has been the most ideal location as it is about a 10 minute drive to the uni, 2 minutes from Kotara and a $13 uber trip to the centre. It conveniently located at the back of the block which has provided plenty of security to the household. The neighbours are also lovely and never had an issue with them. The house itself is furnished with all of my own furnishing (some of tims) but unfortunately the room is unfurnished. The house is extremely spacious. The room is big enough for a Queen bed and still a desk but the measurements are provided in the pictures anyway. (bed 3). It also has a built in robe. The rent is $180 each. 105$ each for a couple. Internet $24 a month (we deliberately got the higher speed) Bills quarterly and super dooper cheap. We do have the garage as storage so if you need to store anything that is also available :) Bare in mind the pictures are from when it was first built I think about 2 years ago. If you would like current pictures with the furniture I'm more than happy to do that !
Just a girl and a bird trying to find somewhere cool to live, hopefully with some cool people who don't mind a few cool beverages of an afternoon ✌🏼
I am looking for either a room to rent or to team up with someone and get a place together. Ideally after a roommate or two that are on similar schedules - I work Mon to Fri, 9-5. I like to relax during the work week and on weekends go to the beach, adventure, hang with friends and don't mind a drink sometimes. I am a clean and respectful person who cleans up after themselves, I would like to make my next place a home, not just a room to rent. Preferably looking to share with females. Looking to move after the 7th of January, however if the right place pops up I would consider earlier.
Hi guys , a little about me - addicted to coffee.. it's my water. Currently studying visual communication @ uon ! Work part time & do wedding photography on weekends ! Why I'm great to live with ? - either always at work or uni. Real tidy person who loves a good chat & casual drink . Currently looking for a share house in the Newcastle region as my old lease ended , & I decided to move back into my parents to save money.. but let's face it that didn't happen
Hey i'm Erin! I'm a Psychology student and I work casually at the movies. I'm tidy and respectful to live with. I like a chat and a coffee or wine but also like my quiet time. In my spare time I like seeing friends, going to the beach, exercising or reading a book. I plan on staying at least 6 months and am flexible with move in dates :)
Hi guys, my name is Tom and i am currently a full time uni student looking for somewhere to live for the next year or so while i finish the last year of my degree. I also pretty much work full time with two jobs on the side which keeps me pretty busy. I'm a laid back and easy going person who is clean, tidy and social. I get along well with others and am always down for a catch up. In my downtime i enjoy spending time outdoors and am generally out of the house hanging out with friends or my girlfriend Alex. Alex is easy to get along with like me and generally sleeps over a couple of nights each week. If you want to know anything else send me a message and i'll be happy to help.
I'm a 26 year old History and Geography teacher. I am friendly, easy-going, tidy, and I enjoy living with housemates who are happy to relax and chat over dinner, or have a drink at the end of the day/week. I am active and enjoy playing hockey and futsal. I've been teaching in the Upper Hunter at St Joseph's High School Aberdeen for the last 3 years. I recently got a permanent full time job in Newcastle, so I'm looking to move back. I have rented for the last 8 years and always pay rent/bills on time. If I sound like someone who you'd consider living with, send me a message and we can arrange a time for me to visit the house and answer any questions you might have.
I’m quiet, down to earth, up for a chat over some tea or a green smoothie, and like my own space from time to time. I work full time during the week and usually spend the weekend out exploring, crafting, binge watching Netflix or cooking.
I'm a full-time master student at the University of Newcastle. Social and friendly. Most importantly respectful. I'm looking for a tidy and friendly house to feel like a home. I do care about cleaning, so I'm looking for a clean place.
I am a clean and respectful woman that is looking for some good people to live with. I work at a Steiner school as a teacher's aide and my hobbies include swimming, sailing, walking, reading, textiles and watching a little netflicks :)
21 years old, I have recently become straight edge (no smoking or drugs, occasional drinker since the 1st of Nov) for my own health and fitness goals, I love the gym and play multiple instruments with my main being guitar. Looking to move asap as I am sick of living with too many people at any given time in a halfway home setup, where people do not know how to clean up after themselves or manage their finances effectively (I am a tenant here with 4 other housemates and 2 couch surfers). I am a cleaner at Coles so you can expect me to leave no mess and have the place spotless. You can also expect that I will keep to myself mostly, like I'm not even there, unless you're after more of a social household, I'm flexible on that front. That said, I have strong communication skills and am a very upfront person, so I talk about things that are on my mind so that everyone understands how I feel about stuff, good or bad. I'm happy to make friends if there are common interests, have no problem if there aren't. End of the day I'm just after a quieter household with more responsible people. Cheers!
