Hi there, My girlfriend and I (Abe from Australia and Miri from Germany) have recently moved back to Australia and are looking for somewhere to live while Miri completes a graduate certificate at the Uni and I am working. We enjoy the outdoors, meeting new people and are generally pretty relaxed people.
Hey hey! I moved to Canberra about 4 years ago and I'm ready to come and see what the water tastes like in Newy. I'm not planning to move until halfway into June as I've started studying Veterinary nursing and I'm also working full time but I'm super keen to find a nice chill house to move into when June arrives. I've spent my time in Canberra living on campus for 2 years and living in a share house for the other 2 years. I love my housemates, I'm always respectful and tidy and we always enjoy having a good laugh so it'd be nice to find something similar. Message me if you want to know more, I'm looking for preferably low maintenance and modern accommodation in the Bar beach/Mereweather area. I also have a few good mates living in Adamstown so I'd be sick if I was near enough to there. Peace 😎✌️
Hi! My name is Carrie or Caz. Either or. I also get Kerry because I'm a Canadian living here, and I don't have the cool accent to pronounce my name properly. I like to meet new people, and I also like having fun! I don't consider myself a huge party animal, but am happy enough to have some drinks or a few here and there. I'm looking for a place where I can enjoy myself, but also nut down and study. I love animals as well, so if you happen to have pets, I am all for it. I like learning new hobbies or interest. So let me know! 😬
I'm a 28 year old female looking for a room to rent. I work full time, and am very clean and tidy and easy to get along with. I go to the gym every night and work most weekends as well. I do have a dog so would love if she could come with me. She is a pug and is super friendly and well behaved.
I'm Julia, 24 years old and am looking for a room in a shared house in Newcastle from March onwards. I'm from Germany and finished my Masters last october. I already lived in Newcastle for 7 months last year, during which I did my internship at the University. I got a PhD offer and now also got my scholarship, so I'll start working from March onwards. I am very open-minded, friendly and tidy. I would love to have housemates with whom I can have a chat or share a meal/drink with :)
Room for rent in cute and charming Adamstown house. Room is large, comfortably fits a queen size bed, desk and bookcase. The room features built-in wardrobe with mirrored door, wooden floorboards, ceiling fan and single window with privacy blinds. House is adorable little cottage-style house that is common in the area, securely fenced with a front porch area if you need to smoke outside. Also a good spot to sit back and relax with a glass of wine. House features wooden floorboards, air conditioning in the lounge room, a lovely sunny kitchen and separate bathroom/toilet. Small storage shed in small grassed back-yard. Internet is set up and quite cheap, bills are split equally and are generally quite low.

I am quiet, clean, respectful and relaxed but very much enjoy going out to see live music on weekends. Currently living in Kotara and working between Newcastle and the Port Stephens area. Preferably looking for accommodation that is close to public transport, either bus or train.
I'm a University student studying Anthropology/ Film, Media and Cultural Studies. I can find an interest in nearly anything. I work at Myer casually for now and on most days I'm out the door by around 8 and usually find myself at the gym or practising yoga during the evenings. I'm originally from Noosa (Queensland), so on my days off I'm usually outdoors in the sun, visiting my partner in Sydney, or somewhere off camping and fishing. I'm looking for somewhere long term that I can call home and get completely settled. I'd like to find like minded people and who are preferably 20+ years of age.

Hi! I'm Sarah. I'm a third year nutrition and dietetics student looking for a new abode in Newcastle before uni goes back. Very easy-going, neat and tidy. I'm not a party animal but definitely enjoy a glass of wine and a chat from time to time. I'm also very respectful of people's personal space and expect the same in return. I have just returned home to Australia after a few weeks of travel, so I'm looking to move back to Newcastle ASAP.
Happy, quiet, responsible, pay rent on time, likes and gives respect to others. Keeps active, looking for a long term with all bills included. Prefers not overcrowded places. Close to transport. Likes Pets. I have my own bed, looking for a private room. Not into parties, enjoys day living, walking, gardening at times. The locations 1) in the Newcastle choices have to be close to the Princes Highway to help me catch the 350 bus route bound to Swansea early morning, this bus is frequent during peak times which sets my traveling time very tight during non-peak hours. or 2) In the Revesby area or 3) in North Parramatta or 4) in Bankstown
28 year old registered nurse - just started working full time at the John Hunter and looking for a place closer to work. I am well-traveled and used to sharing living spaces - so I how important it is to be clean, tidy and respectful of others. That being said, i'm pretty easy-going, love a chat and a few beers. I'm an active kids, so I'll most likely be riding my bike around enjoying the sunshine on my days off. I'm also pretty handy in the kitchen!
Hi :) I'm looking for a room in a share house from late February or early march. This will be for 1 year+ I'm currently near the end of a gap year I gave myself for 2016, (such a strange year) I've relocated from Melbourne to Newcastle for a change, I'm born and raised in Melbourne. I'm easy going, clean, I'm respectful of overs, I enjoy socializing, I surf, rock climb, play guitar (I'm certainly considerate with regards to noise/music I make) and I love a laugh. Previous to 2016 I was renting an 2 bedroom apartment in the suburb of Malvern on my own, the property manager gave me an excellent review which I'll be happy to provide. I've been working as a labourer the last 4 or 5 months. I have plenty of savings which I'll happily screenshot for proof. I keep in touch with a previous house mate who can be a reference. I'm happy to answer any questions and genuinely happy to have a chat
I'm a 22 year old who works part time and is about to start study. My pup is a 7 year old female who doesn't lick, isnt destructive, and loves a good snooze. We're looking for a place that Evie (pup) is allowed inside as she's a sucker for company.
I am in the Early Stages of looking into my next living situation. Looking at moving end of March. I have furniture for a room + lounge room. Fridge and washing machine. I can sell/ store some furniture, but would prefer to keep as much as possible. Looking at unfurnished room/ studio/ granny flat etc. I am an "Ambivert" (Both introvert and extrovert) I Like people, and socializing, however, I need my own space and time to recharge. I clean up after myself, and prefer a tidy house- but not an OCD clean freak. I like to think i'm a considerate housemate, and quite open for discussion for any house rules/ to avoid tense/ negative conflict.
Moving to Newcastle from Sydney. Spent the past year working and travelling, now looking for a change. I work full time in hospitality. I'm easy going and social, but love a nap and some alone time. Wanting to move in with people who are more than just flatmates that would enjoy hanging out, and are happy for my partner and Sydney friends to visit and stay over :) I don't know the area too well, but i'm keen to live near the beach, or an area with lots happening! I've got some furniture to contribute if needed like a really nice fold out couch! :) Looking to move asap for the right place! Feel free to message me
I'm a business consultant working full time in Newcastle. I'm friendly, easy going, tidy and reliable. Respect people and their homes as I would do mine. I love reading, travelling, like meeting people from all nationalities and open to new things in general. Good cook, enjoy a glass of wine occasionally.
Hiya, my name's Laura. I'm 20 years old and study nursing and sociology up at UoN. I'm a free-spirited person, respectful and love a few beers with mates. With that said, I'm not a party person, just enjoy a good social hour. Lauren travelled over here on a travel visa from the U.K. early last year and decided she had fallen in love with Australia so much that she decided to stay! Her aspirations are to be a teacher, she is a down-to-earth loving chick who just wants the best for everyone. Enjoys a drink or two as well! Message me if you're interested! :)
Hello dear friends, I am looking to find a house to call home for the forseeable future, idealy I would like to find somewhere with another or others so we can make it our own home as I feel that would be most comfortable and allows us to keep our existing appliences / furnishings. Currently I reside in a small unit in cooks hill however I am interested in finding a larger house with a little breathing room, hopefully some grass a verandah and some sun with a tree or two close by, that would be perfect! I am 28yo male, Working full-time and begining an apprenticeship in electrotechnology. I am open to living with male and female around a similar age. The main agenda here is for us to find a beautiful house in a nice area and live comfortably and harmoniously whilst paying as little rent as we can get away with. I have a tv, fridge, washing machine, general kitchen appliances ect so establishing functionality shouldnt be too dificult. I consider myself to be generally a well rounded person in regards to my manurisms and outlook on life so am hoping to find people who also pride themself on being thoughtful and respectful ect. I dont drink heaps, dont smoke and like a bit of exercise but what you do is upto you so long as everyone gets a good nights sleep in and the house is kept respectable. Shoot me a msg if you would like to meet for a coffee or beer and get the ball rolling. Fingers crossed we find what we are looking for, have fun and form great friendships while living together. Kind regards Abarim.
Hi, I moved into a house in adamstown & am looking for a housemate to move in also. Ideally a female 25yo+ so a friendship could possibly form also. The house is 2 bedroom with a study, 1 bathroom. 2 bedrooms have built-in wardrobes & ceiling fans, lounge has a/c. Rent would be $200 pw + electricity, water & yard maintenance, bond would be 4 weeks upfront.
Hi! My name is Kim, I'm 28 and work as a Beauty/Laser Therapist. I'm looking for one or two people around the same age as me to rent a house. I'm a 2 for 1 deal as I own a dog - a 20kg groodle named Sunny. She's well behaved and has heaps of energy. I'd prefer to live with someone who doesn't have any pets - we've lived with two other dogs at one stage and it was overwhelming - I'm no Caesar Milan that's for sure. Cats are definately a no-go because Sunny loses her mind over them. I'm very clean and tidy, respectful of other's space and super friendly. Love having a laugh, make a mean cheese platter, love a glass of red and I'm always down for a chat. I like to entertain every now and again or get dressed up to go to a bar. I am by no means a party animal (I'm saving to buy a house) so if you enjoy rolling home from Kingers at 4am more than once a week then we probably won't be a good fit! On weekends I like to get outdoors, go to the beach, go to cafes or markets, take Sunny for walks and just generally be social with friends. Looking for someone who is a normal, functioning adult that is a non-smoker. I own bits and pieces but no larger items such as fridge, washing machine etc so it would be great if I could team up with someone who has those things already! I work full time so $$$ is no issue and I always pay rent on time. If you're interested send me a message :)
Hi there, I'm Blake. I am currently in my final year of studying a Bachelor of Laws at the University of Newcastle. In my spare time I enjoy rockclimbing, kayaking and swimming. Looking to move ASAP. feel free to send a text and tell me a bit about the room, and who I would be living with.
I'm an easy going person who likes to be social as well as have time for myself. I work as a Nurse (mostly morning shifts) and am currently continuing my studies part time at uni. I like to catch up with friends and have a drink or two on my days off.
