We are out-going and sociable but definitely not party animals. Our current lease ends in the end of July, so we are looking to move sometime after mid July. We are after a one/two bedroom house/unit/apartment that's close to a train or tram station and if someone's looking to sublet their place or transfer their lease, that would be ideal for us.
