The tiny house is small in stature and can fit neatly into many backyards, provided your driveway is a decent size. Location wise I am looking for somewhere within cycling distance of the city. Especially interested in somewhere like Glenelg as I love the beach. I am in my very early 30s. I have been in shared houses for many years and have a lot of energy to put into gardening and taking care of the home space. I also have a desert dog who is rather cute.
