Hey there! I am a 29 year old woman who is looking for a room to rent or granny flat, unit/ studio or apartment ideally west, south of Adelaide or central Adelaide. I am a laid back and pretty easy going person :) I need to move out of my current house by the 18th of JULY. I DO NOT DRINK. I don’t invite friends over as I prefer my privacy and i’m quite a socially anxious and awkward person. I am tidy, friendly, clean and quiet! 😊 I have a small cat who is 10 yrs old, ideally I would love for her to come and live with me but if I really need to I can give her to family to look after if there are any issues with pets, however she keeps to herself and is shy but friendly :) I can provide my own furniture such as a double bed and dressing table/ drawers/ TV. I am a bit of a home body and I do need quite a bit of my own space and down time so if that could be respected it would be greatly appreciated. In terms of my activity in the home as a tenant and as a housemate; I’m happy to help with keeping the place clean and tidy- I can even provide my own vacuum and cleaning supplies 🧽 I would love to get to know you and have a chat if you think I would be a great fit in your home :)
