I love to cook when I'm free and that means food is on me for the day. I am clean and easy going. Love to talk to people instead of engaging with the gadgets. Neat and clean adhere by the rules. And expect others to be the same.
PhD student and Sports lover! Bachelor in Oman, master in Germany and now PhD in Australia. I'm coffee lover and love to have it in cafes and have good chats. I will like to share a meal with my flatmates from time to time. I like walking, running, swimming and tennis. I am busy with my research during the week in the day time and I like to hangout with friends/flatmates in the weekends. I am PhD student in information systems/IT field. I did my bachelor in Oman and my master in Germany. I am from Oman (YouTube it and you will love it) I like the place I'm living in to be clean and tidy and to be able to call it home. (I am willing to pay a bit more if the rent includes access to a gym and a pool) My flatmates have to be: - not more than 2 (I'm third) - clean and tidy (including keeping the common area and toilets clean) My flatmates preferred (not a must) to be: - above 24 years old - like sports (will be very good if they like running) - speak French, Spanish or German (I know some of each and I want to practice them in our free time)
I'm an easy going professional working at Swinburne University in Hawthorn seeking accommodation for myself only during the week as I generally return home to the country on weekends. Ideally a small private garden flat or similar would be perfect for my needs.
Very easy to get along with, very clean and tidy, spends most hours of the day at work, very welcoming to others and always up for a good laugh and a few drinks. i work in chadstone and would like something closer to work.
I’m a 20 year old “alternative” girl from a Bentleigh East; Melbourne. I listen to post hardcore, hardcore, pop punk, grunge, rock, ballads; a bit of everything! I love food and cooking, and have two friends I’d love to bring with me! My labrastaffy puppy Bear and my tabby cat Kitty! My parents look after my puppy during the day so she is only required to be around at night 😊 I work full time and am studying full time as a paramedic. I’m not incredibly social as I’m super busy most of the time, so you don’t need to worry about me bringing random people into your space! Hopefully I’ve sparked your interest and we can meet up to see if I’m a good fit in your home :)
In the darkest of nights 29 years ago long before dawn broke across the horizon, amidst the deepest pain and highest joys a child was born the likes of which this world has never seen before. They would be destined to change the world. I hope to meet them one day, we share the same birthday. :) So… I’m a Melbourne native. I came from a big family, grew up fighting aliens and avoiding homework, and along the way became passionate about artificial intelligence, the galaxy, entrepreneurship, fitness, mediation, relationships and human minds. At least that’s what I seem to talk about after a glass of red. When out in the world I fall over trying to juggle being the best version of myself and not taking life too seriously. Fun Fact Time! - I work full time in Software Support. - I eat all of the things. - I have a pet cat Genghis (like the Khan) and occasionally 2 others Ebony and Gemini. - I have half a postgrad in economics. To be continued…. - I’m really good at listening carefully and then giving bad advice. - The gym is a recent habit I’ve picked up. - I read a lot. Good writing is more important than genre. TL;DR I’m a 31, clean, fun, working professional, have 2 cats and won't murder you in your sleep.
Hi i'm Dimi. I'm a tradie who gets up before the chickens in the morning and i'm usually home by late afternoon so i'm looking for a place with some room or a garage to stash away my trailer and tools after work. At night I like to relax by watching TV. I'm a quiet person who is considerate of others, respects their privacy and personal time. I'm not a party animal, I normally have quiet weekends with occasional coffee meet ups or out riding my motorbike. I can look after my self with the cooking, washing, etc and i'll always clean up after myself. I also love all animals.
I am a Canadian university student coming to Melbourne to do an exchange semester at Deakin. I will arrive January 1st and stay until August, or possibly until December 2019.

My name is Nathan, and I am a single 31yo non-smoker who works full-time as a special needs educator at a primary school. In my spare time I tutor children, study and keep active. Not a huge party animal, but I can be coaxed out on occasion and I enjoy a chat over a meal and drinks. I will admit that I'm a novice cook, but am a very thorough cleaner.
Two rooms for the price of one !! hurry, this listing will not last !!! Hi there .. I'm Matt and my room is up for rent. I am looking to move out between now and end of May. All depends on how quickly someone wants to move in and how we can agree on that. About the property, well, what a gorgeous fully furnished house, on a great quiet residential street .. All for a monthly rent of $580 !! Adjacent to the primary school, surrounded by excellent neighbours, next to train line, a moments walk to the eclectic and posh High St Ashburton !!! 24 hour Woolworths is a minutes drive and city link access to and from the city is literally around the corner and chadstone shopping centre is a 5 minute drive .... Its hard to find fault. Sad to move as I am leaving for inter-state. Otherwise it's a place to stay for ever. Close enough to the city to not be far away (High St exit) and far enough from the city to get to anywhere back ... The room is actually two-rooms and more like your own private spot within the house. It contains a bedroom & separate living area. So I have my bed and clothes in one room and TV, study with computer, spare-bed etc in the other. The room is obviously accessed from within the house but also opens out to the backyard and so you generally just enter from the back of the property. Nice and private !! The previous occupant of the room was a girl who enjoyed that privacy and stayed on for 2.5 years till she moved overseas. So this room doesn't come around for rent too often. To top it off, the property has a large shed for storage on the patio adjacent to the quite large backyard. The patio and backyard is pretty much all yours and is awesome for drinks with mates or even a bit of a sit out during the day or evening. There is a full bathroom (shower & toilet) and a second separate toilet. Also I have full cable internet and foxtel connection to the room in case you want your own connection. The house is quiet and not rushed. Its perfect for someone to come, stay and just be friendly. This is not a party house !!! There is a tenancy transfer fee of $330 which you must pay and you will be on the lease for a bond payment of $495. Weekly rent is due at the start of the month and whomever takes over the room will pay the pro-rata left over to me as I will be paying next month's rent. Despite the upfront costs, for the weekly rental and what you're getting for it, its an absolute bargain !!

I've just started leasing this unit, so still finding out more about the place. You'll have your own unfurnished room (facing the backyard), while other rooms will be furnished with my own furniture which I have moved from my previous place. There is a parking spot available for you as well. The entire unit is carpeted, except for the kitchen and bathroom. There is a heater in the living room as well. You will need to co-sign the lease as it is a requirement by the real estate agent.
