‼️LOOKING FOR SOMETHING AVAILABLE FOR JUNE!‼️ Hey my names Emma, I'm 20 and have lived by myself sinceI was 17 but as I'm home so little, I don't see the need for a place of my own and decided to move out into a share house or get a flat mate when my lease ends in June. I am clean and quiet, I work 5 days a week so I am out of the house from 8-5 everyday, and then at gym until 8 most nights. I go out maybe every few weekends but I am respectful and quiet I don't ask for much but I do like my space, I also love a good chat, but I cherish my alone time as you can tell I don't get much. I don't have many people over and if I would, it would be friend on the weekend and maybe a weeknight here and there, or a couple friends every now and then. But just because I like my alone time doesn't mean I'm not open to making a new friend and, I love to have a good laugh and hang out sometimes! I do have a cat named Cleo, she is really sweet but does what she likes mostly and that is being outside during the day, and coming in to eat and sleep at night lol. She's fully toilet trained, flea treated often and very beautifully natured. Don't be afraid to send me through a message if this interests you :)
Hi! I'm a 44 year old Psychologist looking to move close to Kedron State High by the end of June 2017, when my current lease ends. I am looking to share a place so I can continue to work part time while I recover from breast cancer (I have the all clear). I live a healthy and relaxed lifestyle, and am really easy going. I'm happy to cook and clean and help out around the house as much as needed. My 11 year old son is going to Kedron State High next year and I want to move into the catchment area long-term. I have my son with me every second week. He is super quiet and well mannered. We love going out on weekends and during the week he isn't home much, as he has football training twice a week which means he gets home around 8pm and goes to bed. We also regularly spend weekends away visiting family in Toowoomba. I have a well trained 1 year old mini-maltese x silky who can sleep outdoors at night. He isn't a "yapper" and I'm training him to be a therapy dog. If a pet is a dealbreaker, I can send my dog to stay with my mum in Toowoomba. Ideally I'm looking for two bedrooms, but we would move into a large bedroom with space for two beds or a room with a study adjoining or nearby. We have lived in share accommodation before and enjoy meeting new people. Any questions, just ask!
Hi! I am a university student, I study online so I am flexible to work whenever. I work full time in hospitality. Moving to Brisbane in June, looking for either a room to rent or to meet others who want to rent a house together. I have a dog, she is lovely and no trouble at all. I'm always up for a drink and a chat, but also like my quiet time so not looking for people who want to party all the time.
I'm 19 and in my second year of studying a Business degree at QUT. I work two jobs - one in the City and the other in Chermside. I enjoy running, exploring around Brisbane/the Coast, going out a bit and being social, but also relaxing and having my own space when I have work to focus on. I’m very easy-going, friendly and considerate of other people's space and privacy. I'm tidy and clean up after myself, and would expect the same from the people I live with. Thanks for taking the time to read this!
I am a laid back gamer that generally keeps to myself despite loving some good quality banter. My ideal place would be tidy, have under three people and also have laid back people that dont love to party. i have recently finished my Journalism degree and currently work at EB Games both in store and at the head office. I love animals -i have two adorable sausage dogs who live at my brothers house but can come over for visits if wanted. I am looking for around 6 months, I also do have a bf that would visit during the week.
I enjoy getting out and about on the weekend, finding good food and places to explore. I dont mind a few quiet drink on the weekend with the occasional night out. Easy going, reliable, enjoy others company but know how to respect other space. I am looking to join a share house or find some people to move into a new place with.
I love people, often happy to hang out but also value personal space (my own and others) greatly. Looking for a clean, welcoming house to move into while I study (next ~4 years). The cleanliness of the common areas of a house is super important to me, and hopefully to my future housemates.
I'm relatively new to Brisbane.I'm 32, originally from the Philippines. I came to WA last year but have to move to Brisbane for work. I work full time from M-F 8-5 in Albion (IT). I'm easy to get along with, respectful and independent. Happy to cook, share and clean up. I'm up for a chat, happy to socialize but also need alone time to recharge. Looking preferably near train station and would prefer dogs over cats.
Hi, my name is Sam! I'm twenty-seven, and relocating to Brisbane from regional Queensland. Originally from Sydney, I've been working in Gladstone for twelve months. Arriving on May 29, I'm looking for furnished accommodation that is within easy reach of public transport. In summary: I'm a millennial Taurus, born in May. I'm a former Able Seaman of the RAN (meaning, I'm regimentally clean and well discipled). I studied a Bachelor of Laws at university, so I tend to play by the rules, usually, haha! I'm single, gay, and I enjoy red wine, food, Triple J and pop culture. My favourite sport is tennis!
I work full-time and also study at university (6 months left until I graduate). I'm pretty laid back and easy to get along with. Feel free to chill in your room or join me in watching a TV show, I don't mind! If any of us want to have friends over for a drink etc. every now and then, the only rule is you must save your housemate(s) a drink! I'm a pretty clean/tidy individual, and I won't chuck a tantrum if you forget to do the dishes one night. I don't smoke or have a pet either. If we can keep everything reasonably clean and pay the rent on time, we will get along fine!
Room available in a renovated clean and well organised Queenslander. Literally only 5 minute walk from Wooloowin train station (Awesome train station / heaps of trains) and 5 minute walk to shopping complex with a Coles and Aldi for all grocery needs and 24hrs gyms for the health conscious. The house is really well maintained in awesome condition The house has two new bathrooms and 3 toilets so there is no sharing one loo and shower with a whole household. There is ample storage space and a great laundry with hot/cold top loading washing machine and separate brand new dryer. Huge dining room and brand new gas stove kitchen with stone bench tops and extensive cupboard space. 2 nice verandas (front and back) for chilling with friends and a communal LCD Digital TV in the lounge room. Ideal housemate should be clean, friendly, proactive and of good character. Cost of the room is $185 per week Includes Bed and a High Quality Mattress, wardrobe and study desk. Bills are additional at $25 a week which includes absolutely everything (electricity, water, gas, yard maintenance and fortnightly cleaner) No Pets
I'm tidy and I don't throw crazy parties because I'm not cool enough. I'm a casual wine drinker and I'm not sure what else to write besides I'll pay my rent on time and do my best not to be a nightmare to live with. Flexible about move date and duration of stay.
Hey, I'm Kai... I'm 22, love music (musician myself), I love skateboarding even though I can't really do any tricks and I love to socialise, even if sometimes I can be a bit quiet. I'm currently not studying but have been for the past 2 years or so and intend to get back into studies next year, just after I work and save this year for a holiday and new music equipment, plus a car (hopefully). I'm quite laid back, easy going, tidy and I get along with most people. I'm conscious of my surroundings and respect those I live with and their need for space and time. With my music I can from time to time have a mix (as I dj as well) but I have my headphones so it'll never be a nuisance to anyone. I do tend to spend most of my time at home on my computer either making music or doing some form of promotional work, besides of course gaming. With that I do usually spend a lot of my time in my room but I equally enjoy relaxing outside or in the lounge room, whether doing some gardening, watching a movie or reading a book. I'm also good for a chat, give me a topic like conspiracy theories, religion, history or even politics. Been learning about National Socialism and Fascism recently, quite intriguing stuff actually. I'm also a bit of a party guy to some degree, like music is my life so as a part of that I love going out and seeing top international artists play and sometimes I even go play a few gigs. In saying that though I will always be respectful, it'll be rare that I would have friends over to drink before going out (if ever) and at least until comfortable I'd always ask if everyone minds and such. Also I am a smoker but I'm intending on quitting, especially with this 30% increase on ciggies. So if your a smoker thinking the same thing then we can help each other quit :) If you don't smoke then you'll be of greater assistance to me too haha
I'm a self employed musculoskeletal therapist. Because I'm running my own business I do tend to work long hours. I'm clean, neat & tidy, quiet and respectful. I'm into my health & fitness, so most mornings I'm up early to go to the gym or go for a run. I am social, but also like to have time to myself, I'm very considerate of other people's privacy with this also.

Hi Everyone! My name is Johanna and I'm a 21 year old traveler from Sweden who has put my travels on hold for a bit to settle down and work in Brisbane. When I'm not travelling I love to make the most out of my days like little day trips, beach days, road trips, visiting markets, trying out breweries etc, but there also a gamer in me who's loves nothing more than to sit up all night in front of my computer (don't judge). I'm currently living in a big share house in Morningside which is amazing as I love having people around but unfortunately it is a bit too far away from my work which is currently for a car rental company in Boondall and in Kallangur. Therefore, I'm now looking for a new wonderful home in the north side of town (please don't hate me south-siders)! I'm a little bit pedantic when it comes to keeping my environment tidy but I'm also a lazy backpacker at heart and I'm happy as long as everybody contributes with household work. I love pets but don't own any myself. Non smoker, no kids, etc. Prefer a furnished house as everything I own fits in a backpack. I'm happy to share houses but require to have a private room. If you recon you could live with me, go ahead and send me a message! I'll try to respond as soon as possible except for working hours. Cheers! Johanna
A little about me x Work Full time x Play Soccer x Gym x Friendly and easy going x Clean & tidy x Respectful I am a friendly social 30yr old female - I have spent the past few years travelling and have arrived back in Brisbane to my Job and ready to settle in. Ideally looking for a flatmate that has similar qualities, want someone that I can share a wine/beer/smoothie with and chill, but also respectful of each others space. Looking for somewhere relatively long term - don't fancy moving in the near future. I don't currently have pets, but would love if you did, or if it was possible to get one in the property (not a deal breaker) My current lease ends ~20th July - I know it's a while away, just putting an ad up in case there is anyone also thinking ahead :)
