Hi, I'm Kad! I'm 28, working in real estate and studying a bachelor degree through Deakin uni. I love the outdoors and like to get out and about whenever I can. I'm into fitness, cooking and like to socialise over a glass of wine after work and on weekends. I'm clean and respectful, I enjoy my own space as much as hanging out with my housemates. I have shared my home with others in the past and I understand the value of your belongings and keeping the common areas neat and tidy. I’m a clean, tidy and respectful person, but I’m always down for some good banter. I’m open minded, easy going and friendly, but more than happy to give you space and set boundaries to maintain a friendly, relaxed and comfortable atmosphere! I’m from New Zealand, in NZ I worked as a dog trainer for over a year, before deciding to try out life across the ditch, I’m loving Brisbane so far and hope that I can stay here more permanantly! I spend a lot of my spare time either drawing in my sketch book listening to music, wandering around the city, or catching up on sleep as I often work night shifts.
My name is Kiamba, I am looking for someone to share a two bedroom two bathroom property. My current lease ends early June so I would like to find someone to move into a new place with by then. Looking to make a home for myself ðŸ˜
Hello! My name is Amanda and I am a 23 year old professional. I work full time in the CBD and also study part time, meaning I am generally a pretty busy person and keep mostly to myself! If I'm not working or studying then I'm more than likely cooking (Italian mum & Chinese dad so it's a given), or outdoors on a mini weekend adventure. I also have a degree in Graphic Design so that can keep me glued to my computer on side projects. I'm not much of a party person (out grew that long ago), however I am pretty social during the week with work/friend dinners etc so I come and go.
Working professional based in toowong. I enjoy keeping active and looking after myself, but don’t mind burgers and beers! Life’s all about balance. Fairly outgoing, however respectful of other peoples spaces. Super easy going, Love to hear from you!

Hi! My name is sara and i would be looking for a nook of privacy at times and a haven for conversation at others much like anyone. I am interested in Mexican food and I work at a Mexican restaurant so i can entice you with guacamole. In my free time I enjoy stretching to the far corners of spotify through the related artists function as well as getting out into nature, i will be happy to discuss further what a cliche i am in person but to cover the basics I am amiable and tidy and I will share my food with you, give you space when needed or be an ear to hear :) Oh and I do own a cat, his name is Orion and he is cuddly and inquisitive.
We are looking for a quiet place to call home, we are out of home most of the day and on the weekends we try to go for adventures and explore, we like cooking and a good chat but always mindful of the space. Ready to move ASAP.
This bedroom is furnished but I can just as easily unfurnished it if need be. A few drinks to wind down or a nice dinner is standard! But this is not a party house. I have a GREAT view of Brisbane city. There’s a handful of trendy cafes all within walking distance. You will have your own bathroom (please note this is also a shared laundry). Your bathroom has a HUGE shower. Your bedroom has its own balcony access. I have free WIFI. No smoking please! Street parking is very close. You can always park in the onsite visitor parks as well. Bills are included in the weekly rent. $200 per/week - one person (bond - 2 weeks) $300 per/week - couple (bond - 2 weeks)
My friends say that I am a friendly and sensible person. I spend my time working and studying but I do enjoy going out to dinner with friends every so often. My hobbies include reading, listening to podcasts, and watching NHL hockey. I’m pretty flexible on move date and location - as long as my commute to work isn’t odious I’m up for it. Previous rental references available on request. Own bedroom furniture set. Sorry, female housemates only.
Gday! Currently working fulltime in Albion whilst living on the Gold Coast and can no longer handle the commute. I am 28, single and ideally looking for a like-minded professional female to move out with. I am chasing modern, fresh and unfurnished 2 bedroom property preferably 10kms from the CBD. Also, I thought it worth mentioning that I work in the coffee industry and if my home coffee machine gets pride of place on the kitchen bench, then I can guarantee you delicious brews on a daily basis ;) Work keeps me very busy during the week and most weekends you’ll find me back on the Gold Coast with my family and visiting my local church down there. I am pretty cruisy and have had many housemates over the years resulting in a good understanding of personal space. If this sounds like it may suit you, please send me a message. I am looking to move early August. Thanks, Kayla
Hello potential housemates! 😊 I'm Tempany. I am 22, studying full-time and working part-time. Single, non-smoker, very light, occasional drinker. I'm very easy to live with, always very mindful of the people around me. I'm friendly, outgoing, laid-back, polite, tidy and respectful. I’m financially stable, so you can rely on me to pay rent and bills on time. When I’m not working or studying, I enjoy socialising with friends, being active, Netflix, reading and cooking. Currently seeking an opportunity to be part of a mature, inclusive, enjoyable living environment with like-minded people. I love having housemates who are fun, quirky and social, and also enjoy the occasional wine and cheese nights. I would be more than happy to have all of our girlfriends over for a big home cooked dinner (I love to cook hehe). I’m super easy to get along with, always down for a chat! I respect the need for private/quiet time, which I also appreciate from time to time. I am very flexible with move in dates, can move in as soon or as late as possible, but would roughly like to keep my move in date around the start of August. Please do not message me if you’re in other suburbs as I need to situated near Chermside, Fortitude Valley and the airport, due to work, study and travel purposes. I hope to hear from you soon! 😊
Looking at moving out of home. I will be bringing a large lovable doggo with me, who is playful and loves people. I take full responsibility for her and her business so would just need someone who likes animals and is down to give a few pats every now and then. I am currently a full-time uni student but do work part-time. I know how to pull my weight with cleaning but also require the same respect for shared workloads when it comes to the housework. Ill keep to myself but i'm always down for a drink and a laugh.
