Seeking Apartment / Flatshare in Brisbane

30-year-old full-time professional working in the security industry. Originally from Auckland, I’ve been in Brisbane for just over a year and have spent the past year flatting in Annerley with a couple my age. I’m now looking for a new place to call home.

I keep a pretty structured routine, start early and finish early. I’m tidy, respectful and easy to live with. I’m social and happy to have a drink, chat or meal together occasionally, but I also value independence and privacy.

Outside work, I’m into my music and play a bit of guitar, try to get to the gym a couple of times a week, and enjoy board games and movies. I’m considerate with noise and shared spaces. Definitely not looking for a party house.

What I’m looking for

- Location: Ideally within around a 20-minute drive of Bowen Hills — open to inner-north, inner-city and nearby suburbs
- Rent: Around $400 per week
- Bathroom: Ideally my own bathroom or ensuite
- Space: Modern apartment or townhouse with good natural light
- Parking: Car space or reliable on-street parking is important
- Amenities: Gym, pool or sauna would be a bonus, but not essential
- Lease: Ideally 6+ months, but open to discussing the right arrangement
