29, Kiwi, working full-time as Operations Manager for a Brisbane-based company. My role has me working from home most days, so I keep a structured routine and value having a calm, reliable base. I’m tidy and respectful, and while I can be social, I also appreciate space and boundaries. I’m not looking to live in a party house.

What I’m looking for:

Location: Central & Southern Brisbane suburbs (South Brisbane / West End / Kangaroo Point / Woolloongabba / New Farm / Coorparoo / and further out)

Rent: Around $300-350

Space: Modern apartment or townhouse with good light, ideally with room for a work-from-home setup

Amenities: Bonus if there’s gym, pool, or sauna access, not a deal breaker. Must have car space or reliable on-street parking.

Lease: Flexible or medium-term (6+ months), open to discussion

What I bring:

Consistent income and financial stability (always on top of rent/bills)

Respect for shared spaces, straightforward communication

Independent lifestyle but happy to share a drink, chat, or meal here and there
