I’m a kiwi and I'm 38. I’d lived in Brissy back in my 20s and I'm now making my way back over there. I'd been saving to buy a home in Auckland but after a split with my long time partner, I've decided leave New Zealand. In New Zealand I am (was) an HR manager and while I don’t have anything lined up yet for when I arrive, I am hoping to land a similar role in Australia. I've plenty of savings to see me through until that happens and I plan to temp on arriving until I secure a permanent role matching my experience. I’ve quit my job here and I land in Brisbane on 27 March. If my unemployment cause any concern I'm can pay a month in advance. Browsing the classified adverts on here I feel a bit old to be flatting again so ideally looking to move in without another flatmate in their 30s. I’m real relaxed, tidy and quiet. I enjoy a drink with the house every now and then but I am no party animal. I enjoy photography, computer things, walking, hiking, camping. Fun fact about me: I grew up in the Middle East, in Saudi Arabia and on desert island off it's coast called Bahrain. I'm teaching myself Spanish right now so my most annoying quality is probably practicing Spanish vocabulary, pronunciation and verb conjugation around the house.
