PLEASE NOTE: this is a FEMALE ONLY household only. A large spacey bedroom is now available. The room is fully furnished with built -in wardrobe, double bed + mattress, desk, office chair and drawers. We have tried our best to make this place a very cosy and comfortable home. We have a spacious living area with a big screen TV and Chromcast. Open space kitchen connected to the living area is well-equipped with utensils and appliances (from an everyday standard kettle to our latest addition aka the Philips Air fryer XL for your fix of yummy but healthy sweet potato fries) Moreover, the house is superbly positioned in a quiet neighbourhood and only 8 minute walk to Albion train station, 5 min drive to Sunshine Marketplace, shops and cafes. The location is perfect for someone who seeks the convenience of living close to the city but also have a penchant for a quaint and suburban lifestyle.
Hello there, I used to live in Melbourne for about 12 years before I left to work overseas for the past 5 years. I have just got back to this wonderful city and now work part-time and remotely from home! I am 38 single male, a very easy going and open minded LGBTQ+ friendly, not very much into parties and stuff. I much prefer a quiet night at home binging on Netflix instead :) I can be a bit geeky and nerdy and a bit quiet at times but that is not to say I am a very friendly and approachable person! Bit of a neat freak and like to clean up after myself. I am currently looking for a place to rent for 6 months to a year while I settle back into Melbourne life and make some new friends in the process and also do some short travelling around Vic and Australia, in general, to explore more of this wonderful land and people.

I'm a 21 year old single girl who works full time for a shipping company and part-time at Woolworths, twice a week. I love movies and TV, music, podcasts and pop culture and wouldn't mind getting to know my housemates. I also love sports, I play netball twice a week and love watching pretty much any sport except for cricket. Would love a diverse household and am LGBTQI friendly. I like things to be clean and fairly organised but I'm not a neat freak. Appreciate considerate people who do things to contribute and help other housemates out. I don't smoke and would love a pet in the house too.

Hey I'm Shernon. I currently have a house in Newham (Macedon Ranges) and I work in Derrimut. So i'm looking for a very small room to rent that is closer to my work that I would use on mostly weeknights. In terms of space I would just need enough for a camp style/single bed and maybe a small desk. As all my belongings except for a backpack would be kept at my house in Newham. A bit about myself. I'm 34 years old. I'm an Australian, I grew up in Perth but have lived in Melbourne for coming up 10 years. I'm a music lover that's into collecting records and going to gigs. I appreciate all things creative especially film, art and photography. All that stuff. I also love to travel, skateboard and I do enjoy a good beer and a good whisky. I feel i'm a chilled out, respectful and open person and would be happy to live in a house where everyone can feel comfortable and be themselves. I've been working in warehousing/logistics for the last 10 years as a storeman/forklift driver.
