My husband and I are currently looking for a place to rent. Ideally, we’re looking for either:
• A house-share setup with our own private room + ensuite bathroom
• A less crowded home (preferably only 2–3 rooms in total)
• 1 parking space included
• Budget around $350–$400/week including bills
We’re also open to renting a private space such as a granny flat or small unit/house, and we’re willing to increase our budget for the right place.
A little bit about us:
We mostly work from home, and my husband is currently taking his Master’s degree, so we’re trying to stay within budget while studying. We’re quiet, clean, respectful, and easy to live with.
Outside of work, we try to stay active and exercise regularly (because we’re not getting any younger 😅). My husband enjoys online games, and we also have a fair collection of board games that we love playing with friends and people we meet. We’re also big fans of movies and TV series.
