I'm looking for 1-2 People to move into a new place with me. I'm looking to move in the middle of September as my current lease ends in the end. I'm basically looking anywhere in Inner-North Brisbane, preferably no further north than Kedron. I have all communal furniture/appliances/kitchen things needed (Couch, Fridge, washer, dryer, outdoor setting, microwave, you name it) the only thing I don't have is a dining room table. Although if you have a decent size TV for the lounge room that would be great! I'm a really easy going and laid back person. I work full time so i'm out of the house all day Monday-Friday. When I get home from work I usually keep to myself a bit but don't mind the casual chat or hangout. I have a boyfriend who'll usually be over a couple nights per week as well. I really want a house where all housemates can get along and hangout as friends too! As little drama as possible would be good! 😂 I love a homey environment where we all feel comfortable. I like having friends over every now and then and wouldn't mind if you did too! I've had mixed experiences with this site (I've been in share houses for the past 3 years) so I'd like to get to know you a bit before we decide to live together. It's been a year since I moved to Brisbane to do a full time day job at a software company in Albion. I'm easy to get along with, polite, respectful and independent. Love to cook (Asian), share meals and household chores. Happy to chat and socialize but also needs alone time to recharge. Looking preferably closer to the train station and a non-smoking household. No pets but love dogs. Relaxed, chilled, but not scruffy. Working til 5pm on weekdays, exploring Brisbane on weekends whenever I get the chance.

The place is a 2 story townhouse with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of which you would be sharing. It is 5 minutes from train, 3 minutes from 390/345/360 bus stops and a 10 minute drive from QUT Kelvin Grove. 15-20 minutes from the city. Rents is $132.50 a week, we split the electricity equally, quarterly, and we have unlimited internet for $20 a month. Bond is $567. We're really close to the pub and there's a few take away restaurants around the area. And the Coles is about 600m down the road! We are all good with a few mates around, but not really a party house.

I'm 23 and currently working and just completed a study course. Usually spend most of my time out of the house either at Uni or with mates, mostly use the house as a place to crash at night, and to store my stuff, although having good housemates is always enjoyable :)
We are a sensible couple who value personal space and cleanliness. We have been together for 4 years and own very sociable indoor cat. We enjoy cooking on the weekends and serve up a damn good roast. I work full time in Bowen Hills as a National Account Manager and have a photography business on the side, I enjoy music, drawing and anything creative really. Im usally tucked away working on something on my computer so I keep to my self alot. Harry is a student studying a Diploma of Music, which comes with alittle noise, but he enjoys video games, playing guitar and cooking. Our furball Beau is a 3 year old indoor cat. He is very sociable and acts alot braver than he is but is always down to play. He loves playing with moving objects, string and cardboard boxes.
