We are looking for a housemate who can keep things clean to live in a shared house at Lloyd Street, Alderley. It's 300 meters from the Coles Alderley and same distance to public transport (bus345/390/360). There are two rooms in the house and two in the granny's flat. The house and the granny's flat are separate. So you will be living with one housemate only and you only share the bathroom, toilet and sink with one person. It is a descent size room and it has a double bed, bedside table, study table, computer chair, two cabinets and wardrobes and a sunbed .Cooking utensil are all for share but need to clean up after used. There is air-conditioner. Owner doesn't like people cooking using the cooktop. Cooking something not oiling is acceptable. But feel free to use oven, microwave, airfryer, rice cooker anytime.
Hi there, I'm a Kiwi living in Brisbane since December 2018. Looking for a chill place to live. Easy-going, keep to myself usually, but also like to hang out and join in when flatmates are getting up to something. I've been flatting for almost ten years now, met all sorts of people, some are still close friends. Hoping to stay until June/July 2020, at which point my girlfriend will move over to Brisbane and we'll get our own place. I am a Table Tennis enthusiast, and have competed in the sport at a national level back in NZ, as well as worked in the sport for a time as a data analyst, which allowed me to travel the world for almost two years before settling in Brisbane. Just finished a stint with PCYC as a finance analyst, and am currently between jobs (as of 20 July). This has no bearing on my ability to pay rent. If I find a place before the end of August, know that I'll be on holiday overseas for 3 weeks pretty much immediately after moving in. Best way to know if I am a good fit to your flat is to meet up, either over Skype or at the flat. I'm free any time :)
I like being active and love to socialise but I work full time night shift so I'm usually asleep during the day when I'm working. But! If I get a day off I'm always down for a glass of wine and a chat :) Wanting somewhere close to public transport, internet unnecessary, I smoke but happy to keep it outside Looking to move within the next 2 weeks
Hey! I’m a 27yo cancer care nurse. I’m a shift worker so definitely not looking for a party house. I love training and heading to the beach any chance I get. I have a very friendly and loving 4yo Cavoodle that would love another doggy friend. I’m clean and tidy. Definitely up for a chat, but do respect personal space and can need some relax time after a hectic shift. Looking for airconditioning in the room, and somewhere pet friendly. A garage to park my wrx would be a bonus! :)
Hi I am looking for a private room and who has aknowleage common sence about cleaning and general manners. i am working as full time chef. Pretty easy going : but just need a time to being alone when I finished work to get back home. Also enjoy small chat. I am friendly, clean, tidy, responsible and pay bills on time. I have excellent references (3). I have just finished a university degree. I like to research and write, exercise, meditate, and meet new people. I am looking for a home in a quiet street with easy access to shops and transport to the city. I work part-time.
I work at Kmart as a casual worker in Aspley although recently I will be looking to either go part-time or get a second job. I'm in school in grade 11 and go to school near Brisbane CBD. I'm moving out of home because my family environment isn't the best. I'm aware I am quite young (16, 17 in November) but I am very responsible and hard working (reflected in my grades), I have aspirations of becoming a solicitor and I am extremely respectful and quiet although I am sociable and always up for a chat. Feel free to message me if you have any questions! :)
Hey, i'm a 33 year old guy who loves to laugh and being up for a chat.. ex-customer service but also enjoys his quiet time and also not a party type except for karaoke with friends once a month! Looking for a quiet non-party household to settle back into near shops and public transport as i often commute into town.
Hey there, If what you're looking for in a housemate includes quality banter, 10/10 cleanliness, & someone who at the end of the day you can genuinely call your friend - I'm absolutely not your guy. In fact i'll deliberately go out of my way to pay bills late, lock myself in my room & leave the kitchen looking like the Gaza strip. Ha, ok the second part is clearly a joke but my banter is average so I guess that bit's a lie too. I work at a Radio network (if the nonsense above hasn't given that away) so I keep pretty busy through the day. When I'm home I'm always down to hang and be social. Unless you don't want me to be - in which case you can lock me on the balcony with some water. Anyway this is starting to feel like a dating profile so I'll cut to it. Our current house is disbanding in August so I'll be looking to team-up with some cool folk to grab a place with =). I've got the majority of furniture we'll need (Big lounge, TV, dining table, fridge, washing machine, etc) - which is why I'm more so looking to get a new place rather than move into an established house. At this stage looking at 2 Bedroom/2 Bath's but open to alternatives. I also have a cat (Pablo Escapurr). No I didn't just misspell dog. Real men have cats. He's an absolute legend and has never hissed, scratched, barked or bitten - he just wants to cuddle people and occasionally ask for food. But don't sweat, his short fur is non-allergenic so you won't have a problem unless you use him as a face towel. If you're keen to meet up and have a beer, wine, green tea or whatever your flavor is - let me know!
Hey, I’m Rebekah (or Bek). I am a really friendly, chilled person - - I love dogs, plants, a comfy home (with cushions and blankets), good food and good vibes. I am a very organised and clean person, and am very conscious of my impact on the environment. I am looking to ‘teamup’ for a new sharehouse. I am currently living in an apartment by myself and I am sure you can understand, it is both expensive and lonely. Looking for 1-2 people who are down to earth, clean, non-smoking, are interested in living a green sustainable lifestyle (or at least in learning more about it) and are ready to have awesome housemate dinners, outings, board game/movie/wine and cheese/anything nights. Property-wise, I am looking for either an apartment or house that is either on the newer side or has been recently renovated, accessible, has parking, and preferably close distance to a train. Please let me know if you are interested!
I am a 24yr old female working in the Veterinary industry. I have two dogs and a cat. I live a relatively active life style and I love to be outdoors. I also appreciate time relaxing reading a book and watching Netflix. I consider myself a social person and love to meet new people :)
