Hi potential roomie, I am in the process of exiting a LT relationship and the house I share with my ex-partner. I am keen to live with someone positive and who will be a good influence on my general headspace and well being. ❤️ About me: Full time shift worker within the government sector. This involves hours all over the show from 3am starts and 2 am finishes on a rotational roster. For this, I am strictly not into the party scene or any real craziness at home, (that was in my 20’s as cabin crew). However, the odd friend for dinner is welcome. 😀 I love getting outdoors and my down time is saddling up a horse and riding, or laying by the beach. Huge animal lover of all shapes and sizes. Mostly a home body now as days off I try and relax as much as I can. Extremely clean, tidy, respectful and I like to be organised daily. I am not a fan of the messy house or people not pulling their weight as I am the more house proud type. I will have the occasional drink and chat/laugh when I can, and happy to mingle and socialise when time permits. I am a big fan of my own time though. This comes from working day in, day out with the public. All bills / rent paid on time and with priority. Looking for potentially a room or house with a good human with a mature and positive outlook. My current lease ends Feb 1st, 2019. Hit me up for a coffee and a chat for more. 🤙🏼 Cheers - Tim
I have just finished my diploma and am seeking full time work, I still have more than enough income to cover my rent and bills, I’m a clean tidy respectful person, and enjoy my own space, I have one medium sized dog, she is very friendly with people, but not great with other animals, happy to do a team up and find somewhere
I study media and communications full-time at QUT Kelvin Grove and sometimes work as a casual AV technician setting up corporate events. Sharing a place is more comfortable when people are prepared to communicate, and actively listen if any issues arise. I've lived in many share houses and I know how to tidy up after myself, the importance of a friendly chat and when to give others some space. I've got my own bedroom furniture and need space for a queen bed, study desk and other bits and pieces. Some storage space would be a bonus. I like to cook at home as often as possible, ideally in a vegetarian household, but this isn't always possible. Practising music at home is important to me and I'm respectful of noise levels. I like watching the news, current affairs, documentaries, and on-line TV series (Love The Handmaid's Tale/ Counterpart / Deep State / The Orville ) which I'm happy to do in my room or with others. I like to attend live music jams, swim, do yoga in the park and meditate at home on a regular basis.
Hey I'm Aaron, a 25 year old creative designer that's working full time in Brisbane. Currently, I live in the Newmarket area and preferably looking for a place not too far from there. My current living situation (which is only ending because the owners are selling the house) is with three other females - we've lived together for the past 2 years but unfortunately it comes to an end! I'm a pretty relaxed, no stress, clean and tidy kinda guy who understands the need for personal space but also doesn't mind a good chat or quality hang time with friends too. Being a graphic designer I spend most of my weekdays at work making things to look pretty on a computer... but after hours I play both social and competitive Netball. On weekends you'll probably catch me playing netball (again ha), mountain biking, jet-skiing, hanging with friends or even back on the computer catching up on all my favourite TV shows. I've only been in the Brisbane scene for the past two years so it'd be nice living with housemates that occasional embark on odd excursion out of the house here and there. Otherwise the general cleanliness & respect you'd want from anyone else without being a total OCD control freak would be great! Send me a message if you're interested.
Hi, my name is Travis, I'm 27, single, gay, super clean, super tidy and super dorky, I'm respectful of personal space but also don't mind hanging out, specially if it involves Netflix and a big box of Cadbury Favourites. I'm not a party animal but don't mind going into the city or somewhere nice for a couple drinks on the rare occasion, so I'd like a housemate who is similar in that sense and who has a friendly and easy going personality that's clean and tidy. :) I'm currently working 20 hours a week as a night shift Environmental Services Assistant at the HSNPH in Chermside and I am looking at starting study in IT next year whilst working. Im after a place that has the following, - Pet free - Smoke free - Drug free - Child free - LGBT friendly - Air-conditioning - Non party house - 1 other person (2 max) - Queen size room with built in (Unfurnished) - Off Street parking (Preferable) - Ensuite (Preferable) (Will pay more) - Storage (Preferable) - New or Newish house/townhouse or apartment (preferably) I do have a few bits and bobs that need to be stored, some I can just chuck in the cupboard and under my bed but I do have a sensor dryer and also a new mountain bike which I'd like to keep out of the weather. If you like what you read and feel I'm suitable please done hesitate to message me.
Hey hey! My names Ellen. I currently work full-time five days a week and do uni on my days off so my weeks are fairly busy. I like to keep my living spaces clean and organised. On weekends I love to see a live band when I can but usually i keep it to a few casual drinks with friends. I'm hoping to keep to the north side of Brisbane, close enough to my work. Seeking laid back, easy going company with a few people in a share house or one other in an apartment with own bathroom. I own a fridge and washing machine that I can share to the household and unlimited internet for $60 a month. Looking forward to hearing from you!

Hi there, I’m Bonny and am looking for a room in a share house. I’m 19, working part time and am continuing my studies february 2019. i tend to keep myself a fair bit but am always up for a chat or a binge on netflix :) i love music festivals and concerts, camping, the beach and hanging with friends. i’m also tidy, friendly, quiet and polite. if i sound like a good roomie feel free to swing me a message :)
I would normally give a little more effort towards these 'meet and greet' things but I have recently bought a new car and my current apartment does not have off street parking, so with the impending holidays, I'm hoping to move asap. If you have any questions or want to have a chat, please hmu :)
Hi my name's Helen and I'm looking for a peaceful household to call home. I'm friendly, chill, quiet, considerate and tidy. Love good music, nature, painting, learning new songs on the keys, going for long walks, movies, markets and learning about new things to cook. I'm doing an online business course whilst I look for work in admin/retail/hospo. I do have a reliable income in the meantime and I'm a responsible person. Paying my rent/bills is always my priority :) I'm a non-smoker, don't have any pets to bring along (but stoked if you guys already have one) and I have all of my own bedroom furniture and car. Not the clubbing type, but I love a good conversation over wine or beers every now and then fo'sho! If I sound suitable for your household, please don't hesitate to send me a msg! ($120-$150 P/W)
I’m a 32yr old Norwegian girl, currently doing my master at UQ and working part time as a youth worker. I consider myself as pretty easy going and relaxed. I enjoy being social, however I respect others personal space and also appreciate some alone time. I enjoy spending time with friends, hiking, working out, relaxing on the beach in between working and studying.
Hi there! I'm currently studying Law and Fine Arts at QUT. I'll be starting my second year of uni in 2019. I have been living in a sharehouse for a year now with two other girls and went to boarding school for six years prior, so I have quite a bit of experience living with others. I've been told that I'm a bit like a grandma; I enjoy a quiet house, my privacy, and I almost always go to bed early. I'm always up for a good chat, though, and would be open to throwing the occasional dinner party or boardgames night (which makes me sound even more like an 87 year-old smh). I'm also a bit of a nerd; watch the Lord of the Rings movies with me and you'll win me over for sure. In my free time I love watching Netflix, playing video games, and drawing. I'm also volunteering for a non-profit organisation. I would like to find someone who is quiet, tidy and has a sense of humour to move in with come January. Needs to be reliable rent-wise. I would prefer to stay within the Newmarket/Alderley area, close to public transport. I have quite a bit of general furniture, including two small sofas, a TV, a coffee table, a dining table and chairs, and a washing machine. This means I'm not really interested in moving into an established sharehouse (unless you happen to need this furniture, then by all means). I also have a car, so off-street parking is ideal. Message me if you're interested in teaming up!
The property is a fully furnished (except for room) 2 storey townhouse with courtyard close to shops and Alderley Train station. It has a large living/ dining space downstairs with two bedrooms upstairs each having its own private bathroom. The rooms are large and have plenty of space for a queen bed and other furniture without feeling cramped.
Working professional, and pretty quiet during the week. In my free time and on weekends I'm generally out and about seeing friends, brunching, yoga/pilates, hiking, markets. I'm tidy and respectful and value my down time but I also think it's important to have a good friendship with the people/person you are sharing a home with. I own a couch, washing machine and a cherished moroccan rug I bought in Morocco recently! Also have the kitchen essentials pretty much covered. Ideally I would like to find someone like-minded to team up with and find a place of our own. I'm hoping to move January and looking to stay around the inner northern suburbs. Reach out if you want to catch up and see if we would be a good fit.
Work full time in NFP sector, love brunching and exploring but also quite independent and enjoy my own time and respectful of others. EXTREMELY neat and tidy (I like my place to look like a show home) but also easy going. Can provide extra furniture for property.
A BIT ABOUT THE HOUSE You will have your own bedroom with built in closet and share a bathroom with me, a regular human (no cats). THE HOUSE HAS AIR CON (including YOUR ROOM) by the way so summer...? NO WORRIES. We have an outside courtyard (i.e bring plants, succulents are my favourite. Ferns and cacti too.) And we have a washing machine, dryer and dishwasher all free for you to use. We are LITERALLY 2 MINUTES WALK AWAY from the Enogerra Interchange and Train Station and also walking distance from Coles and Genki Mart.
Hello! I'm from Brisbane and have lived here most of my life and am looking at moving into a share house. I am currently studying Architecture at QUT and work in the city during the week. I enjoy hanging with friends and going out for food a little too much.
I am a very neat person, quiet and easy going, can be very chatty if need be. Willing to help out with household jobs, I am into cosplaying, pop culture and all of the nerdy things!
Hey! I'm Alex, I'm an outgoing, creative 21 year old. Currently working and studying Creative Industries at QUT. In my spare time I'm a photographer and visual artist. I love all things music and enjoy going to gigs. LOVE the outdoors and am constantly heading to the sunny coast on my days off. I'm pretty laid back and easy to get along with. I am preferably looking for someone who enjoys actually spending time with their roommates ie. having some cheeky wines/ beers and the odd uno game or dinner night. I am clean, tidy and respectful of other peoples personal space as well as property and expect the same in return. A little more about me, I'm a bit of a morning person, love plants, cooking and keeping active 🌴 More keen on finding good house mates than the perfect house, so i'm quite flexible on suburbs
This is a really nice rented unit in Alderley. Location is very handy - five minute walk to train station and supermarket, and The Ploughman up the road has great beer. Internet & utilities are all set up (internet is $35 each per month; utilities varies each quarter). New renter will have their own bathroom (en-suite is used by me though), and access to the secure off site parking space. Unit has a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer & has air con. The common areas are furnished, but the bedroom for lease is not. The current lease is up in May, however I am intending to stay on after this, all going well.

Hey fellas, Clare and myself (Emily), are looking for someone to jump on a lease with us when ours runs out on 20/01/2019. We want someone who is likeminded to join us in the search for a new place!! We have all the essential furniture to fill a house except for your bedroom, but are more than happy for you to bring anything you may have too. We have internet already which will be an additional $20 a month for unlimited adsl. Clare needs her own onsuite so she will be paying the most, and I am happy to negotiate as to who gets the possible garage/larger room etc out of the other 2, and we will be sharing a bathroom. Rent will be roughly $450 all up. Clare works full time and I work part time. We are out of the house a fair bit but love having dinner together and/or hanging out at night time. We're heaps of fun and want someone to be our friends who we can chat to and hang out with, whilst also completely respecting your privacy whenever you want it. We're tidy and clean but not strict and are happy to pick up after each other where needed. If you are interested in moving in with us and helping us pick our next home please contact me via messages and I will get back to you if we think you're a potential match! xxx
