Boring Disclaimer: 150 per week is my absolute maximum, and it must include bills and internet. I am on Youth Allowance. If you can see this listing, I still need a home :) Basic Requirements: I am looking for a place with easy access to public transport, particularly between QUT Kelvin Grove and the Gabba/Annerley. No pets that shed, it seems to make my allergies worse. No smokers, no 420. Room needs to be mostly unfurnished, and be able to comfortably fit a double bed, desk, and room for clothes storage containers. Better things: I am studying a Master's Degree in Public Health. In my spare time, I go to a weekly D&D session, and also like to hang out with friends and play board games (cooler than Monopoly) . I also love watching stuff on Netflix, or streaming things like Archer, Rick and Morty, American Gods, Brooklyn 99 etc. I can knit and crochet, and sometimes I like to invite friends over to watch things while crafting. Looking for a house where I can hang out with my housemates and have fun, but also have my own space when I need to study. I keep late hours, but try to make sure that I keep the noise down.
Studying at QUT KG starting late June. Feel free to contact me if you got a room. I arrive Brisbane on June 27th. "ROOM MUST BE FURNISHED" "Close to QUT KG" Indie music lover and video games, movies, all sorts of cool stuff. Clean and tidy, non-smoker. Not a party animal but I would love to hang out with you as long as you are chill. Hope to explore Brisbane as much as possible. Super easy going and interested in new stuffs, love pets as well! Hit me up if you are a fan of The xx, Frank Ocean, The Strokes, Arctic Monkeys, Interpol, Cloud Nothings, Fleet Foxes, The National, Daft Punk, Chemical Brothers, The Avalanches etc.
31 year old Norwegian girl. Studying at the moment; master, and working part time as a social worker. Down to earth, easy going, pretty social, enjoy a party every now and then, but not a big party animal at all. Love a night on the couch watching tv. Enjoy traveling, working out, being with friends, cooking and all the normal things I guess!
I'm relatively new to Brisbane. I'm 32, originally from the Philippines and moved to Brisbane for work. I work full time from M-F 8-5 in Albion (IT). I'm easy to get along with, respectful and independent. Happy to cook, share and clean up. I'm up for a chat, happy to socialize but also need alone time to recharge. Looking preferably near train station and would prefer dogs over cats.

Hi, I'm Masha, Recently moved to Brisbane, working full time in construction management and doing my masters online which keeps me pretty busy but I really enjoy it, I like to keep the house tidy and always up for a chat and a casual drink, but also like to have some time to myself occasionally. Would love to find an apartment/house together with easy going people or move into an existing share house. Any questions please ask:)
We are looking for a nice housemate to seemlessly integrate into our newish 3 bed, split level townhouse in Alderley to replace our transient guy off to greener pastures...the room is queen sized with built-ins, sharing a bathroom with one courteous and cool female business fashionista...the property is positioned not far from the Alderley train station, Coles, Aldi, gym, etc and is in a pretty handy location...we have pretty much everything covered such as fridge, washing machine, dryer, indoor & outdoor furniture, tv, etc...all you'd to bring with you is your bedroom furniture and easygoing personality... We are a healthy duo and would need another to fill the room so prefer non-smokers etc... The place is large enough that we're not in each other's space and the place is generally tidy...the garage is used for odd's & ends storage...although it's pretty tight right now... Bills are split 3 ways, elec, gas & internet but we find our bills aren't over the top so that's a win...domestics also split 3 ways... Not suitable for pets sadly... Lease is about to be renewed from end of July onwards for 12mths and as an added bonus the rent for the room will drop to $177/wk at that time, & ideally you'd stay for the term of the lease...

I am very clean and tidy. I am organised and make sure bills and rent are either in early or on time. I love having a good time with friends and people that I live with. I have a beautiful chocolate Labrador who loves to play and cuddle and is such a great companion to have and is an outside dog. I am studying externally and working part-time and looking for somewhere for myself and my dog. I like hanging out just watching movies and don't mind going for a cheeky bevvie every now and then.
UQ student in my last semester of my masters degree :)
Hi, I'm Tegan a 20-year-old Veterinary Nurse working part time but in the process of looking for a full time job. And Kirsty, a 21-year-old Law and Psychology student. We are very neat, tidy and quiet roommates who are very easy going and find we can get along with new people quite easily.
Can move in asap and pay 2 weeks rent. (and bond if needed) I am super chill and a wizz at cleaning up after myself. I'm a second year science student at QUT, though I try and spend most of my spare time being creative and making things. I enjoy gardening, gaming, music, sci-fi and the beach. While I like my thinking space as much as anybody I'm always up for a good conversation about the world around us. Looking for somewhere clean and easy going, with public transport close by and preferably built in wardrobes/storage space. Rent ideally between $110 - $160 including bills.
Hola potential housemates :) I'm a positive, young professional, working full time. I'm easy going, super friendly, neat, considerate, and have a passion for healthy living (in a non intimidating way I swear). Looking for some like-minded, positive people (who know how to communicate) to live with. Ideally looking for people (single or couples) who are after a home not just a place to live. Fun facts about me: - I do artsy stuff (but not in a messy way) - Love animals so it's a bonus if you have a cat or dog - Have a huge appreciation for good food - Love to travel and explore - Don't mind the occasional sneaky beverage especially if it's accompanied by something fun like trivia or live music - Recently moved to Brissy from Cairns
