The house is just off Kedron Brook Bikeway, a 20km path along beautiful creeks and parks. There is such beautiful wildlife. Every time I take my dog for a walk I see turtles, lizards, frogmouths and cockatoos. It's a quiet and safe neighborhood. Coles is a walk away. Train station is a few minutes walk away and it takes 15 mins to the city via train.
I am an open-minded, polite, and well mannered individual. I have been in the fitness industry for 10 years and am currently a Strength and Conditioning Coach/Personal Trainer who is also managing a gym. Only a 2minute walk to the brand new Coles supermarket and 5 minute walk to Enogerra trainstation. Brand new carpets and a bathroom all to yourself. I have Foxtel and a low maintenance courtyard. The room does not have aircon at the momment but the living room does. I don't have any rules just when tge Broncos, Reds and Roar are playing Foxtel is mine :)
