Heya guys. I'm looking for someone to replace me on the lease for this fantastic property (lease finishing mid december, renewal is a definite possibility if you like the house ❤️) as I'll be moving in with my partner. The house is fully air conditioned, is in a gated estate (super quiet and secure), only 5 minutes walk to the nearest train station and is a ten minute walk to the nearest supermarket (a really big coles, I'm gonna miss it heaps). I'm an avid walker and have found a lot of lovely reserves within about 20 minutes walk from the house too (Banks Street Reserve is the biggest and loveliest!) There is also an indoor cat who live here who is very quiet and shy and usually keeps to one room in the house (owners bedroom). Furnishing for the bedroom is up to you. I have a double bed that I would be more than happy to sell that is unused and is in the garage space downstairs (I sleep on a futon, not a bed), as well as two bedside tables that match the bed. Alternatively the space can come completely unfurnished ❤️

CURRENTLY IN MELBOURNE - MOVING 1ST OF JULY Looking to get a new house with someone! I'm currently living in Melbourne but am moving to Brisbane to move up a position in my company! Am willing to fly up a few weeks before moving up for a few days for inspections. I work Full Time, and ride a bicycle for the rest of time. I'm not really home much, but enjoy just coming home, cooking, chatting to my room mate, watching netflix and going to bed during the weekdays. Weekends I like going out to bars, or dancing, or exploring on my bike. Don't like hanging round the house much. I own 5 bikes though, and would need some space for them! Can send photo of current set up in apartment. Surprisingly don' take up much space! I love cats and animals, but don't have the time to have one myself at the moment. Maybe one day! I have a bed, some bookshelves, but that's about it. Might be bringing a fridge with me depending. But willing to start new house and purchase majority of stuff if needed!
Hi there, I'm a 27-year-old working in Pharmacy full-time Monday-Friday and I'm studying part-time a Diploma of Human Resources. I'm very quiet during the week and mostly keep to myself, I love a great conversation though if you are up for it! On the weekends I am either studying, gaming or meal prepping. I don't have any pets or children but I love animals, so if you need a live-in pet sitter I'm all yours! I like to relax and enjoy my downtime by reading, gaming, or going for a nice long walk (and the occasional Netflix binge!) Cooking is also a passion of mine so you'll often find me cooking up a storm on the weekend, happy for you to be my taste tester!
Looking for an unfurnished double room or larger in a house, preferably with a built-in wardrobe. House needs to already have appliances and internet. Preferably fully enclosed backyard. I am a health conscious, work full time as a massage therapist and prefer a quiet, clean and tidy house. I'm also a cat and dog lover.
I am a shift worker working for Queensland Ambulance, so rarely home and when I am I like to rest and keep to myself between shifts! I try to keep busy on my days off so am generally out having brunch or catching up with friends, going to gym etc... I’m a tidy, respectful, reliable person and am very friendly, bubbly and love a good chat and wine over dinner or pizza and a movie :)
Hey all, I am looking for short term rental for approx. 6-8 weeks though this is flexible. I do have 2 dogs (Golden Retriever and labrador) it's not imperative that I bring then with me, but a huge plus if I can bring both, or even one. They are both very much people pleasers, dont need a huge yard, love a cuddle and pat and rarely bark unless they think there is someone suspicious hanging around. Though if I can't bring them with me, they do have elsewhere they can stay. I do have a lot of furniture, so if there is space for it in the house or in a garage (happy to pay more) that would also be a bonus, though I can put in storage if need be. A bit about me: from NZ, spent 7 years in Melbourne and moved to Brisbane last year for a lifestyle change. I work full time in the city, usually working till late. I enjoy getting on the weekend's to have a drink, go hiking or exploring. I'm laid back, really tidy and respectful of others space. Please get in contact if you think you have something suitable which you would allow for a short term tenant.
Hello future flatmate 😁 If you’re looking for someone friendly and likes their own space, cleans up after themselves, and is reliable with paying rent/bills I am your gal. I work one part time job in the afternoon/evenings as a respite carer for families with kids on the autism spectrum. During the day I work as a virtual assistant from my bedroom. My hours fluctuate but there will be two evenings a week where you will have the unit to yourself. Sometimes I am away for up to 3 days at a time. I recently got back from a trip overseas and I’m currently staying in temporary accommodation in a flat with two lovely ladies in Newmarket who will be going overseas soonish. As much as I like being a nomad I’m keen to settle in somewhere for around six months while I sort through what I have in storage. I am flexible with what I bring to a new place so furnished or unfinished are both okay.
Looking for someone to take over my lease around July/August. I would be accepting to a range of time, depending on your needs. The property has unlimited internet which is really neat, the communal areas have some couches etc, but mostly everyone just chills in their rooms. There's a little veranda upstairs which is occasionally used to sit around and get some fresh air. The room itself is a pretty large, long room, so it's good for splitting up into areas; bed area and desk/office area. Room is furnished with bed, closet, two sets of drawers, large desk and office chair. Both outside walls are fully windowed and the room can be opened up to the air to keep fresh. There is also a ceiling fan which works nicely. Close to Enoggera Station btw.
