I’m very communication focused and address things quickly when I believe things could become a big issue, but I also understand that we’re only human, so I only do it in a respectful and collaborative manner. Also looking for somewhere with off-street parking, as I will have a work vehicle which will need to be parked off-street for insurance purposes. So, why me? I am a polite and honest individual with stable employment. I am a team player and open-minded, and pride myself on being able to get along with people from any and all walks of life. No matter who you are or where you come from, I intend to treat you, your housemates, and your property with respect and reliably pay all expenses on time.
