I’m a mature-age secondary teaching student (Master of Teaching), sessional academic, and musician, returning home to Brisbane permanently in January 2027.

I’m looking for a quiet, clean, and well-organised home where I can focus on my studies and work. I'm fastidiously tidy, respectful of shared spaces, and take genuine pride in contributing to a smooth-running household.

In my downtime, I enjoy music (going to gigs, collecting CDs), reading, watching sport (cricket, soccer, rugby), and getting outdoors. While I appreciate a good chat and a friendly home dynamic, I value personal privacy, keep quiet hours, and am definitely not looking for a party house.

Ideal setup: A quiet, tidy, and respectful home with mature professionals (30+). Flexible on lease length—open to short-term, 6-month, or 12-months(+) arrangements. Non-smoker.
