Hey, I’m Dan, 33.

I work full-time from home and I’m a musician, so a fair bit of my time outside work is spent playing guitar, writing/working on music and doing the occasional gig.

I’m pretty laid-back and easy to live with. I like having a chat and getting to know the people I live with, but I’m also pretty independent and happy doing my own thing. I’m clean and respectful of shared spaces and just think it’s good when everyone does their bit.

Outside of work and music I’m into camping, getting outdoors, going to the gym, cooking and catching up with friends. I’m definitely not looking for a massive party house, but I’m not a total hermit either.

Mainly just looking for a nice place with good people where it feels like a home rather than just a house you happen to sleep in.
