I tend to keep to myself most of the time, but I’m always up for a chat when I’m around the house. I'm an easygoing, social person who's respectful of shared spaces and other people's routines. I have a background as a chef, so I love cooking for friends when the opportunity arises, but I also value having my own downtime. I'm naturally a night owl, but work has me up early, so I am fairly flexible with household rhythms. I'm more than happy to pitch in with cleaning and chores, as long as it's a shared effort that keeps the home feeling good for everyone. I currently work Mondays to Fridays - 06:00-15:30 I'm upbeat, chatty, and genuinely enjoy living with people who can be themselves - no pressure, no expectations. Bonus points: I'm learning to DJ (quietly through headphones, no noise worries!) and usually meal prep on Sundays for the week food, so the kitchen's never overwhelmed. My partner will be visiting from UK on the 5th of December to the 17th of January to see how she enjoys Australia, so she’d be staying with me during that period, but after that it will be only me.

While in the house, I’m clean, polite and courteous of others, always up for a natter and a movie, but do appreciate everyone needs quiet time. I’m looking for NOR, anywhere between Innaloo, Osbourne Park, Stirling etc. open to other areas and ideally has a train station not far, I do have a car and ideally would like off road parking.
