$300/week•26 year old woman
I’m a 26 year old female looking for a new place around the Mudjimba area. I’m keen to move in October. Looking for a relaxed and friendly house to join. I’m happy to hang out with roomies, but also appreciate my space and alone time. Most of my free time is spent reading, doing pilates, catching up with friends, or going to the beach. I work full time in Allied Health during the week. I have lived in sharehouses for years so I know how to clean up after myself and be respectful. I’m hoping to find the same in my new roommates. My budget is around $275 not including bills, but this is flexible depending on the place. Looking for an unfurnished room, but I am flexible with this. I am happy to share a bathroom. Also happy to live with pets but sadly I’m allergic to cats.

$350/week•46 year old man
Hey, I’ve recently moved to the Sunny Coast (June) and I’m looking for a room in a house to share—ideally with people who share similar values. A home that feels warm, grounded and easygoing; a space that’s calm, respectful, and connected to nature(ideally), with a good balance between quiet and friendly connection between housemates. My max rent is $350, my own bathroom would be nice but the vibe of the house is more important to me. Location is flexible somewhere Marcoola and Noosa. Prefer coast locations or not too far from the coast. A bit about me: I’m 46 , and I can provide solid references for both rental history and employment. I’m easygoing, tidy, and independent, but I enjoy sharing the occasional meal or beer when the moment feels right. I don’t smoke, drink rarely and responsibly, and I take care of my health—I enjoy cooking fresh meals, surfing, yoga, meditation/spirituality, spending time outdoors in nature, and going to to see live music. Camping and travel are also big passions of mine, and I try to get away when I can. I’ve owned property for over 20 years, so I know what it takes to care for a home and be a thoughtful, reliable housemate. I travel fairly light—just enough to make my room feel comfortable—but I do have some tools and camping gear I’d ideally like a bit of storage space for, though it’s not a must. I’m after a living situation where housemates value clear communication, have emotional intelligence, respect the peace of others, and have a relaxed welcoming energy. If this sounds like the kind of setup you’re offering—I’d love to connect. Thanks for reading Ben
