I'm a nurse and also owner/operator of dog grooming company so I do that in spare time and cleaning (bond cleaner in past) so I'm very quiet, I keep to myself, I'm a gamer and just been working through buying time with inner work so I keep to myself only child no family at all so rarely no visitors and I like it that way. No drama. I'm very ocd with cleaning and garden work. I don't drink or smoke or party. I get along with everyone, in the long past before I owned I lived in shared house with 7 people and basically kept everyone from not damaging or disrespecting the home I also have his reference. I've never had an issue but as I stated from the start I've had to wait as my back injury claim has been pending for last couple years but I pay on time and have my own nbn etc if needed also I can sort that. Other wise I'm friendly, respectful, if you have pets I can help with grooming and training or if you need bond cleans or any painting reno I can help there.
