Would love it if there is public transport nearby and a library would be even better. i leave the house on mondays, monday nights and tuesdays to work with laughwa on laughter yoga sessions that my aunt works at as a session leader. im also looking for work shifts on a part time basis between 7am and 7pm (ish) because although im self employed through the mabel support worker app and could extend it to being an NDIS qualified nursing support worker...im not really interested in that industry as a long term thing. i was born and raised in wa and havent had a chance to travel outside of the country yet.

So I'm looking for a NON-SMOKING, NON-VAPING, AND NON-METHING NOR ANY OTHER GASSING HOUSE. I am studying a Masters of Professional Accounting. I'm 75% into it so need a room for another 12 months. I tend to live in the Curtin university library. I can live anywhere and have my car. I intend to live in Perth for the rest of my life. I even also have a social life so I won't be relying on you for one. I'm financially independent and have a long record of over 30 years of tenancy experience, 20 of which, as a housemate. Before leaving Melbourne I leased a unit for three and a half years through Barry Plant of Ringwood/Heathmont. Before this, I've leased a room in two rooming houses, whilst completing a degree, a total of 6 years as a housemate. I have also been a head tenant for 13 years seeking approval to sublet to housemates. So I understand how scary the selection process can be.
