I like to think I have a good sense of humour and a sense of fun... I'm tidy and respectful of others ... and believe in teamwork to keep a household ticking along. Hello there. Unfortunately I need to re-enter the rental market (it's a competitive market as well!) & I'm hoping you can help me out. Now you're probably wondering who am I, what I like to do etc. so here goes.... 1. I am a Primary School Teacher currently based in the Western Suburbs of Melbourne. I currently teach at a number of schools from Seaholme to Werribee and naturally I would like to be based somewhere within this area. For the last 3 years I've resided in Altona Meadows and my first preference would be to remain in this area but it's not a necessity. 2. I am 6'9'' or 205cm tall and if you're wondering.....yes, my feet do indeed stick out at the end of my queen bed! (Queen & King beds are the same length, King beds are just wider.) 2. I am a qualified PE teacher so I love my sports and try to get to the gym regularly. I'm a massive Geelong fan and go to most of the games when I can. 3. I've traveled extensively around a fair chunk of Australia as well as overseas (I lived in the UK for 10 years) and love to travel and explore. Melbourne offers something different and unique everyday and I like to get out and experience it. 4. I use these travelling opportunities to further explore my keen interest in photography. If you like what you read and think I would make a great house/flatmate then please feel free to get in touch with me. I would prefer it if you contacted me by phone but email is fine as well. I am available to move in between Dec 2019 & late Jan 2020.
UPDATE! 1 room left for move in after after December 15th 2019! Hi there! I am looking for a 3rd person to come into this house with my housemate and I :) I am very clean and tidy and fairly quiet as I’m busy most days either working, exercising or out and about socialising. The house is a 3 bed, 2 bath home in a quiet western suburb and fully furnished apart from the bedrooms. We have evaporative cooling, ducted heating, security doors, flyscreens, exterior window shades, lockup single car garage and large secure rear yard (with allllll the room for activities) with shed. We're walking distance from Central Square Shopping Centre, with easy access to the freeway. We're only a 5 minute drive to the beach and nearest train station (Laverton). Walking to the station is less than 10 minutes or one can take the bus :) If you have any questions about the property or me etc, please ask! All bills will be split :) Please note the landlord will NOT allow pets.

Hi Everyone, I am a friendly, outgoing working professional moving to Melbourne in February. I am looking for a quiet and clean place, where I can relax and unwind. Open to sharing it with clean and working professionals who respect my privacy and space.
My name is Hayden. I am 25 and fulltime employed in a professional environment. I am looking for a room or teaming up with some people to create a home. I am working in outer western suburbs of Melbourne so will travel for work everyday. I am looking at moving out Werribee and surrounding suburbs way. I am very independent in doing my own thing but don't mind a feed or wine/beer at home so often. I enjoy watching Netflix and Stan whenever I have free time and keep busy at the gym. Ideally would like to pay a max of $180/week with an ensuite but absolutely flexible. Let's get this house started yeah!? Holla at me and lets discuss options. Ideally looking at the end of November to move somewhere.
Hey, My name is Conor, I'm 20 years old and currently looking to move out of my temporary living situation in December. I work in the construction industry setting up marquees with full time hours. I also have out of home youth allowance so I have more than one source of income. Due to my circumstances I'm also eligible for rent assistance. Most of the time I'm not working I'm either skating, gaming or spending time with my girlfriend. I ride a motorbike so a place in the yard/garage to park would be preferable. I also spend a lot of time on my computer so enough space for a desk is essential. NBN internet would also be preferred as I do spend a lot of time on the internet playing games. If you think I would be a good addition to your share house feel free to contact me and I will get back to you as soon as I can. Kind Regards, Conor Beahan
