    Osama

    $250/week27 year old man

My name is Osama. I’ve been living in Australia for over six years. I run my own businesses here and overseas, which gives me a stable income, and I sometimes take on side projects or gigs just for fun and variety. I also continue my psychology studies at Swinburne University from time to time — it’s an ongoing interest that I dip in and out of, though not my main focus. I live simply and travel light. For me, a home is more about the people in it than the things inside it. I don’t have a fixed location in mind as long as it’s within Melbourne and feels open, welcoming, and not like a cage. I really love animals — I enjoy seeing them in the wild or in big open spaces with other pets. That said, I prefer not to live with indoor pets, so I’ll admire them from a respectful distance and call myself the “weird guy” who loves animals best when they’re free. What I value most in a home is a calm and respectful atmosphere. I like living with people who are kind, mindful, and open to communication. I’m easygoing and considerate, clean in shared spaces, and a non-smoker. Socially, I enjoy balance — sometimes sharing a tea, meal, or movie, and other times enjoying quiet independence. Either way, I respect the rhythm of those I live with. I’m drawn to households that lean toward intentional or mindful living: open communication, simple routines, and the sense that home is a place of belonging, not just a roof. I’m not interested in dealing with agents, because I don’t see living as a business transaction. I’d rather share a space with people who value community and comfort over profit. NOTE: The first 3 months are just to make sure everyone’s happy — after that, my plan is to stay for years. My budget is flexible with bills, and I’m happy to add up to $50+ if there’s a good reason. I can also be flexible with the moving date if needed — anywhere between November and December works for me if that helps. That was me in a nutshell — if you think I’d be a good fit, please reach out. And if any questions come your way, ask away, I don’t bite :) Thank you.

Aus citizen, English speaking only) I am currently renting a beautiful industrial style apartment in Richmond and am having to move out in the next month. looking for a nice place similar to my current and previous rentals. happy to provide further info and have a chat. Previously rented a large art deco apartment in st. Kilda for 6 years. Lifelong Melbourne local. Work in Blackburn so looking that side of the city. Areas such as Fitzroy/east Melbourne/Richmond/south Yarra/hawthorn/Camberwell/Collingwood/Brighton etc. Or further out Belgrave/FTG/upwey area. 30 year old local, male, full time work at a high end automotive business, lover of fine foods, wine, cars, design, photography, roadtrips, eating out and cooking. Love a glass of nice wine but Not a party person, non smoker etc. your apartment looks lovely. Currently living alone but all previous housemates I've had were females, I think it's a better more equal vibe. But currently looking for something on my own, smaller apartment, studio/1 bedroom, sublet etc. I am needing somewhere with secure parking for a large sedan. No stackers. Safe easy parking. Safe on street parking possibility considered depending on suburb/street. Looking to find somewhere quickly and happy to pay any deposit or rent upfront to secure something. Not interested in any group homes/share houses/student housing/commercial share housing. Only looking for genuine properties as per my requirements. nice home is important, not looking for something cheap and basic.
